If I could give 0 stars I would. How does a company call and plan for delivery Dec 30 or Jan 4 and tell my husband it just needs to be transported from a local warehouse and then I call Jan 4 and they say it won’t arrive untilFebruary. When I asked didn’t they think to notify us, she says an email was sent yesterday (Jan 3). You tell me my delivery wasn’t actually at the warehouse when dueOn 12/29 even though my husband was told it was on 12/30. 12/30 you should have said it was delayed! Macy’s is dead to me and I will NEVER (mark my word) purchase a single item from this company again. No courtesy discounts offered even for the inconvenience. Absolutely will be canceling this order. Thanks! Now I have to spend my day looking for a couch when I could have purchased a different one 5 days ago! Absolutely sick. Should be ashamed of yourselves, Macy’s!

I've had to send my laptop in three separate times because each time the repair team either completely ignores the problem or makes it worse. I had a flashing screen and they send me a new screen of much lower quality than what I initially paid for. Then I sent it back to get it replaced with the same quality monitor I paid for, but instead my repair number got mixed up with another customer's and they sent it back not having fixed anything. Now I've got to send it back a third time. Unimaginable incompetence on all levels.

So far, I've only used the SmartFilters plugin. Super easy to use and works perfectly. I was able to find very informative videos online to walk me through setup, and the couple of extra questions/ issues I had were answered and resolved way quicker than I expected! Very pleased- I am positive I will be purchasing more Crocoblock plugins!

I ordered a very expensive coat and then the a package was delivered saying it was my order and it was a scrunchie. Do not understand how you can get that so wrong. When trying to get a refund or for them to actually send my coat that I spent a lot of money on I had to go through a robot to get to an email with long wait times. Ridiculous.
