They will quite happily allow fraudulent transactions to take place before eventually closing your account and providing no access whatsoever with personal and business accounts all deleted. When they identify fraud, they make no effort to refund any money and instead just close the account until they are relentlessly chased. Their support team is nothing short of abysmal, it will take a miracle to get through to them, they’re woefully under trained and don’t know how to handle events beyond setting up 2FA. They will schedule a call with you, not make the call , and then suggest you open a new ticket up on their support portal.Awful experience

NEVER SELL ON DEPOP. THERE IS NO SELLER PROTECTIONHorrific experience with Depop. Have been using it for years and managed over 250 sales. Recently, I've had multiple issues with buyers. As a seller, I do not offer refunds due to working full time and not being able to manage returns on top of post outs. This unfortunately makes me very vulnerable to buyers who don't like their items once received. One situation included a customer damaging one of my items in order to receive a refund and Depop had no regard toward my side of the dispute. Another situation involved a customer disputing the colour of a pair of jeans even though I used the retailers description of the colour and showed clear and concise pictures of the product.All disputes go in favour of the buyer. Therefore, I will be taking my account down.In addition to this, Depop take 10% off the seller through every purchase made. This makes no sense as clearly the seller is doing all the work (taking pictures of the items, storing clothing, organising postage). Not only this but the seller is bringing Depop the business.I have been using Vinted for half a year and the seller protection is amazing. On top of this, there is no fees for the seller. In general I've had a much better experience and from a money-making perspective, I have made more using Vinted.

There store team either can't handle or manage the tickets because me and myn mate are waiting for 2 to 2,5 weeks to get confirmation on our pre order. Something went wrong with there payment service so they took the money but the order didn't came true. Now we are left with nothing. The support peeps try there best but even they can't reach the store team on what the heck is going on. Now tomorrow the game releases but we got nothing :/

I literally had to get rude and force my way off the phone with Outlook customer service! I was locked out of our business email account and needed to update/change the password. I put in a request but didn't want to wait 24 hours for it to process. I called customer service, while texting my manger about the problem. The representative took over my computer to check settings, performance, etc. I told her multiple times that I needed access to my computer and was limited on time. I then received a text from my manager saying he had to change the password, due to someone hacking into our account but forgot to tell me. I told the representative this, and even entered the new password, which immediately unlocked our account. She could see this happening on her end, but still forced me to stay on the phone. Thirty minutes later, STILL on the phone and she's asking me to do a conference call with my manager because our computer needed to be optimized and serviced immediately by a professional, all for the low price of $199! I thanked her and hung up. She wasn't rude but extremely pushy. I will NEVER call them again. They have such "glowing" reviews on their website, but after seeing all the "real" reviews on Trustpilot and other websites, it's obvious they've been carefully selected or even fabricated.

Never investing in Garmin again. Bought a Fenix 5S last year, within 6 months it stopped working. As it was under warranty they sent me a replacement which was faulty. The replacement they sent to replace the second watch has now stopped working, 6 months later. Awful customer service, a nightmare to deal with from beginning to end.

As an online retailer BB&B has absolutely failed in the most basic task of logistics. I ordered a shower base (32in x40inch, weighing 37.5 lbs) on Aug 16th. After roughly 3 weeks and initial tracking showing the base arriving at UPS in PA, the trail went dead and the base was declared ‘lost in transit’. I decided to let them send a replacement…after all what are the chances a mistake like this happens again?Now on Oct 6th, the second shipment which was picked up by R&L carriers but never made it to UPS, has also been declared ‘lost in transit’. I should have read and relied on reviews left by others outlining how incompetent their shipping performance is. The Customer Service team at BB&B has been responsive and friendly to work with. Despite their efforts, if BB&B cannot deliver on the most basic part of their proposition, they do not deserve mine or anybody else’s business.

I went to the Tricounty location to purchase a mattress set. I walked the department for 45 minutes and there was not a single associate in sight. You NEED a knowledgeable person in this area. I left and went somewhere else to make my purchase!!!!!!That associate met me at the door!!!!!!
