FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE FOR A SIMPLE REQUEST...

I literally had to get rude and force my way off the phone with Outlook customer service! I was locked out of our business email account and needed to update/change the password. I put in a request but didn't want to wait 24 hours for it to process. I called customer service, while texting my manger about the problem. The representative took over my computer to check settings, performance, etc. I told her multiple times that I needed access to my computer and was limited on time. I then received a text from my manager saying he had to change the password, due to someone hacking into our account but forgot to tell me. I told the representative this, and even entered the new password, which immediately unlocked our account. She could see this happening on her end, but still forced me to stay on the phone. Thirty minutes later, STILL on the phone and she's asking me to do a conference call with my manager because our computer needed to be optimized and serviced immediately by a professional, all for the low price of $199! I thanked her and hung up. She wasn't rude but extremely pushy. I will NEVER call them again. They have such "glowing" reviews on their website, but after seeing all the "real" reviews on Trustpilot and other websites, it's obvious they've been carefully selected or even fabricated.
