I am highly disappointed with my experience on G2. They promise Amazon gift cards as incentives for leaving reviews, but it seems like a bait-and-switch tactic. Despite following all the steps, they repeatedly ask for screenshots of me being logged into my company account, which feels unnecessary and intrusive. This raises serious concerns about whether this practice is even legal. The whole process feels misleading, and I would not recommend relying on their promises.

I would give ZERO if I could!Absolute joke of a company and call handlers!Parcel went "missing" or so they say in transit now they tell me I have to wait till 24th December to get my return. However, previously when a parcel had gone "missing" I was told to call back 7 days later just in case. When I called back I got the refund straight away. When I asked why the difference to the joke of a call handler she got all shitty. However, I have just received an email saying my parcel was now "undeliverable" make their minds up! Something not right here...... 🤔 Just saying"

In recent times, BOL.com consistently does not fulfill its delivery promises. They promise a delivery date (next day or otherwise), after which delivery is delayed, seems to get stuck between "being shipped" by BOL and "being received" by the transporter, or they simply tell you they "underestimated the delivery lead time". The customer service chat bot can only deal with yes or no answers, and doesn't offer to connect you to a real human being.Very disappointing, after I used to have good experiences with them in the past.

Thanks to AliExpress I couldn't get my order I've waited for. Meanwhile I trusted AliExpress not judging them by their reviews. It's just a website with cheap stuff that doesn't really come to your door. So I am now terribly upset. Just a little message: please ship your orders quickly and don't disappoint anyone!

Getting in touch with a person is very difficult. My dad is 92 yo and doesn’t do the internet and his phone is a flip phone without internet access. The only way to get help is thru the website. My dad had a flat tire and it was 110 outside. I had to meet up with my dad to use my phone to get him help. The roadside crew that came to his rescue was very good and fast. My dad has been a member for 51 years and it was his worst experience with AAA.

In the Netherlands they use Budbee as a delivery company. They fail to deliver packages and don’t even attempt to to deliver them. Unfortunately I will not even try on the ordered items so I can not comment on the clothes….Still as long as they are using Budbee I will not order from them any longer
