I would give ZERO if I could!Absolute joke of a company and call handlers!Parcel went "missing" or so they say in transit now they tell me I have to wait till 24th December to get my return. However, previously when a parcel had gone "missing" I was told to call back 7 days later just in case. When I called back I got the refund straight away. When I asked why the difference to the joke of a call handler she got all shitty. However, I have just received an email saying my parcel was now "undeliverable" make their minds up! Something not right here...... 🤔 Just saying"
