Purchased some books, never received them. Due to the holidays, lost track of the order. When I realized, after the 30 days I hadn’t received my order, they refused to return my money because “it was against their policy”. IMO site is a scam. Take your money and don’t deliver. Apparently it’s owned by Amazon, since I have no real recourse, guess I’ll adjust how much I ever shop at Amazon again. Hope Abe Books and Jeff Bezos enjoy the money they took from me.

Terry, Warren, Chris and Zac has done a great job for my garden. Turn it from a wild forest to a relaxing place where we love to stay. Terry's nice cut of a smooth curvature waterdrop shape for the edge of the lawn is just perfect. The stepping tier levels of the raised beds require precise measurements which Warren made it. The lovely stone borders and the recessed manhole drainage cover matching with the surroundings are the great things done by Chris and Zac.Professional, Pleasing and Perfect.

When I booked a couple of cabins in Georgia and Tennessee, the site specifically said, "You will not be charged yet." That's an exact quote. And yet I was charged immediately. I don't mind so much that I was charged, it's the fact that they lied that makes me give them a one-star review. Addendum: today--six days after I made my reservations--I received an email inviting me to "Complete booking." I already completed the booking, paid more than half of the cost, and received confirmation from the owners. So what's the "Complete booking" request about? It's pretty clear that VRBO has some communication issues.

Der gesamte Shop ist eine veraltete Katastrophe und zudem noch illegal. Bei bestellung mit paypal wird VOR dem Klicken vom letzten Schritt „zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ bereits geld von Paypal abgezogen und erst danach kann man die AGB akzeptieren und „zahlungspflichtig bestellen“. Das ist nicht nur illegal sondern ausserordentlich fragwürdig für ein Magazin das wissenschaftliche Themen abhandelt. Wer diesen Shop erstellt hat und die Prozesse dahinter sollte für seine mangelnde oder fehlende Qualitätskontrolle den Hut nehmen! Ich würde mich in Grund und Boden schämen einen solch beschissenen Shop online zu stellen. Der Content ist echt gut aber der Support, Shop und Versand Management ist eine einzige peinliche Katastrophe. Ich habe wohl das letzte Mal bestellt sowas kotzt mich einfach an!

I was at the complete booking screen and pressed the button and out of no where the price changed on the flight and instead of booking my trip it placed the charges in a "pending" status on my bank account for a total for $953. I just got news that my grandfather possibly a week to live and was trying to fly out tomorrow morning and now they have $953 of my money held up for 3 -5 business days until the bank releases it. I called and talked to someone in customer service and he literally told me it was "bad timing" when I was trying to complete my booking and there is nothing he can do. My bad day literally just got worse! I will NEVER book anything through this inconsistent, unprofessional, scammy website!

To all who have been treated unfairly by Depop please report them to Citizens Advice Bureau or C.A.B as they pass on cases to trading standards for sure, the more report they receive the more likely they will look into Depop conduct. Bought a perfume that turned out to be counterfeit but they sided with seller so they condoning fakes , complicit in allowing fakes to be sold as well as ignoring the law for ‘item not as described ‘ they have useless people working for them who are clueless to do the right thing. Good luck if you get a fake of anything, whole site is full of scams and fakes
