I was at the complete booking screen and pressed the button and out of no where the price changed on the flight and instead of booking my trip it placed the charges in a "pending" status on my bank account for a total for $953. I just got news that my grandfather possibly a week to live and was trying to fly out tomorrow morning and now they have $953 of my money held up for 3 -5 business days until the bank releases it. I called and talked to someone in customer service and he literally told me it was "bad timing" when I was trying to complete my booking and there is nothing he can do. My bad day literally just got worse! I will NEVER book anything through this inconsistent, unprofessional, scammy website!
