To all who have been treated unfairly by Depop please report them to Citizens Advice Bureau or C.A.B as they pass on cases to trading standards for sure, the more report they receive the more likely they will look into Depop conduct. Bought a perfume that turned out to be counterfeit but they sided with seller so they condoning fakes , complicit in allowing fakes to be sold as well as ignoring the law for ‘item not as described ‘ they have useless people working for them who are clueless to do the right thing. Good luck if you get a fake of anything, whole site is full of scams and fakes
