DISGUSTING DISGRACEFUL COMPANY NEVER EVER EVER BUY A GOOGLE PRODUCT. I am now 3.5 months on and still no refund for my faulty Nest thermostat that I paid to get replaced on the basis they committed to refund the cost of the engineer (£100). I have emailed and emailed and all you get back is condescending waffle and they WILL NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION WHICH IS WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND. I would have moved over to Hive if it wasn’t for them agreeing to pay for the replacement and now 3,5 months later still nothing. I’m out of pocket by £100 because of their faulty thermostats. The most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced from a company who has now lost me as a customer (and millions more I suspect). Literally cannot urge everyone enough to avoid Google - read the reviews and take your custom elsewhere.

BBC News is institutionally biased. Much of it is bias by omission in that they only cover what they want you to know about, and even then will offer only one point of view. Their performance during the COVID pandemic was dangerous to the wellbeing of the British people and their performance on climate change is the same. This week they have been reporting temperatures that were not backed up by people currently in the places in question nor by their own online weather page, which gave completely different (and lower) temperatures.

I have used Agoda for years, but my recent experience has erased all the good Agoda has ever done. Terrible! I booked a hotel and was promised I could cancel/change at any time, but it was not possible. They hide through not being able to contact them for any issues. The "bot" just sends you packing... never again!!!!

Lyft is a SCAM! I Accepted a ride for $60.97 (40 minutes) 24.8 miles from Middletown CT to Waterbury CT. When I was done with the trip there was no change in the amount. About 2 days later I checked my actual bank account, there was a pending charge from Lyft for $161.96. I assumed it was just a pending charge and the exact amount would show up when it actually went through. I was wrong! They charged me $161.96 with no explanation as to why there was a hundred dollar increase for the ride! You can’t get ahold of anyone at Lyft. There’s no customer service number and I’ve tried reaching out through the app & by email and no one is getting back to me. This is DISGUSTING what they have done to me and most likely hundreds of other people. I’ve tried disputing through my actual bank but there’s no proof of what I accepted the ride for. They just changed the amount on my app and everything. They didn’t put ride- $60.97 and then a list or something as to what the extra $100 is for! I’m FUMING! This is beyond ridiculous. I will never in my life ride with Lyft again. Never had this issue with Uber!

This is the worst service ever they can suspend your domain or email for days and you can't communicate with anyone in the company apart from the frontline chat agents who are completely useless all they say is that we escalated your issue and the team will contact you 4 days so far to do unsuspend to email address no one even discuss the issue with you they will just suspend your domain or email service and you have to wait for days no one care how much damage they do to your business I have an open ticket since 4 days and every time you contact them they will give you a promise that it will be sorted in 4 hour 2 hours 24 hours

The first page says most approved within 24 hours then it was 5 days then 7. I've emailed countless times asking if they need more info.
