I have used Agoda for years, but my recent experience has erased all the good Agoda has ever done. Terrible! I booked a hotel and was promised I could cancel/change at any time, but it was not possible. They hide through not being able to contact them for any issues. The "bot" just sends you packing... never again!!!!
