Ordered item and requested delivery yo a parcel shop. For unknown reasons the delivery failed and was sent back. Despite a conversation with an agent who said I would get a full refund I have received an email I can't reply to stating that my refund is minus the delivery charge. I'm not wasting anymore of my life on this company and will never use them again. Avoid!!!

On August 13, 2023, at KAHULUI AIRPORT (MAUI, HAWAII), around 12 PM, we (a French family of 3 / tourists) were facing problems we could never have solved by ourselves. We asked a Delta Air Lines Customer Service Representative for some assistance. His name is Andrew. Andrew politely and patiently saved and secured our whole trip back to Los Angeles, Paris and Toulouse, France. Thank you so much, Andrew ! You are an employee Delta Air Lines can be proud of !!! Really easy to buy from, and the product gets to its destination really fast (1 shipping day). But also really expensive (50% more than other common internet sources). In the end, you pay for good service. Whether the premium is worth it varies by buyer.

Fully Paid annual subscription, yet no good help! A number of issues being encountered that have no corresponding Knowledgebase response (BTW Knowledgebase is something the LastPass controls so do not know what they have not answered or don't have answers to). No phone/chat availability. Email takes several days to respond, with essentially a non-response in my opinion. It is very hard to articulate some intricate issues that typically may only be resolved interactively in real-time by reproducing the issues. LastPass is of no help.

Capital One has worked well for me with no problems. Staff have always been helpful. Recently experienced issues with a purchase from an American company, cancelled immediately, with very poor response refunding me. Capital One staff helped me complete complaint procedure and in less than a week, my funds were refunded. Thanks Capital One … much appreciated!

I have always loved ULTA and decided to write a review of my last experience. Last minute Christmas shopping and Boom there it was on my iPad screen (ULTA) I was able to send out a gift card of the dollar amount I wanted plus free shipping. ULTA had a huge variety of gift card designs to chose from. I didn’t have to fight traffic or stand in lines waiting to check out. How convenient. Thanks ULTA, I’ll definitely keep you in mind next time!!

My Telstra provided router has failed. No lights, nothing. No internet no phone. With bad experiences in the past, I purchased a new router being fully aware that although I could restore internet services, the phone would not connect. I know that and I know why. At least I have internet, pretty much essential in my life.Telstra’s handling of the situation has been dreadful. I’ve attempted to use the “on line” chats and have had to deal with the most useless and unhelpful characters I have ever dealt with.It gives me some comfort to find from this site that I’m not alone!Scurrying off to find another more helpful provider, I realise that they aren’t much different from one another.I’m such a simple soul, I just want someone to listen and fix it!Note to Telstra head office, please don’t leave a reply full of unhelpful platitudes, thank you.
