Ordered item and requested delivery yo a parcel shop. For unknown reasons the delivery failed and was sent back. Despite a conversation with an agent who said I would get a full refund I have received an email I can't reply to stating that my refund is minus the delivery charge. I'm not wasting anymore of my life on this company and will never use them again. Avoid!!!
