This company asks you to review a product you are familiar with, with promises of a gift card compensating you for your time. In my case a $25 Amazon gift card. But then a few days later you get an email saying that because yours wasn't one of the first reviews, you are no longer eligible. This is a complete bait and switch.

I had to give one star to write a review but I would not even give them half a star. I am fed up trying to contact customer service and they charged me with auto renew $30.00 over what I paid last year. I can't even get hold of the local Australian office to request a refund. It's appalling service and no contact at all, even when I go onto chat, still no way to get my question answered which is why did you charge me so much. It's supposed to be cheaper when auto renew is turned on and on the website you can buy a new subscription for so much less. I am so disappointed in you McAfee. Pull your finger out and start treating your loyal customers with some respect.

Horrible. Always a problem whenever I try to access my account. I never can. I called customer service 3 times today and they will not do anything. My account is always blocked and I have to wait 2 weeks everytime I want to use it. I want to buy medication for my flu. And I can't buy medication.

Never use Fedex Kenya! They are the worst courier company. How they continue their business is beyond me. It has been 6 weeks since my parcel has been with them. The recipient paid the customs fee on time and customer service is ridiculous. The manager Mike is no where to be found. And a third party clearing company known as Delta handling is conning people of money that should never be paid. My parcel left the UK on 10th May and it is now 22nd June and there is no update of when my parcel will be delivered. DHL far more professional. NEVER USE FEDEX! They should be blacklisted. Please see their google reviews as well. Some clients have been left hanging for over 3 months.

Samsung NZ customer service is a joke. Not only can you not get through either by online chat (waited 30 minutes and still had no available representatives), or phone (there was silence on the line when I finally got through forcing me to hang up), but if you do waste 3 hours and finally talk to them, the promised follow up never comes. I have been waiting over a week and still nothing. My issue is one shared by many S22 user, the persistent Secure Folder notifications that you cannot turn off. It is all over the online forums - it is a known issue but they still haven't dealt with it. I'll be moving to Apple after being a loyal Samsung guy for 12 years.

Awful identity verification process. They are requiring an ID with photo and fiscal code. I don't have one, as well as millions of people in Italy. Am I obliged to change my ID? I have uploaded my driving license, my passport and still need other stuff. This is crazy.

Te contracts would be sold as soon as I bought them and the price of bitcoin would change drastically and it was way off from the real price. So they basically just stole my life savings.
