I had to give one star to write a review but I would not even give them half a star. I am fed up trying to contact customer service and they charged me with auto renew $30.00 over what I paid last year. I can't even get hold of the local Australian office to request a refund. It's appalling service and no contact at all, even when I go onto chat, still no way to get my question answered which is why did you charge me so much. It's supposed to be cheaper when auto renew is turned on and on the website you can buy a new subscription for so much less. I am so disappointed in you McAfee. Pull your finger out and start treating your loyal customers with some respect.
