Good web experience, however their support services are abysmal and have failed to help me resolve an issue regarding my account. You cannot email their support and the support twitter account is a bot that tells you the same things you are able to access on the internet. I cannot call twitter as I live in the UK and this would amount to large bills as they do not have a UK number. I have NEVER experienced such useless customer services and feel at a loss of what to do because twitter have not been helpful and I am devastated at the thought of losing my account.
