I don't have a Shopify account. But you would never know that, because one of their scam artist vendors used my SSN and reported his or her fake sales to the IRS under my name. Now the IRS wants me to pay them. Shopify will not tell me the name of the storefront (I did not even ask the name of the criminal they are helping). So will I ever use them? Never.

Absolutely terrible for a vendor! Not only do you not get booked, it is terribly expensive, not making it your worthwhile. On top of that, they make it DIFFICULT to cancel. There is no "deactivate account" button. You have to email in support letting them know you want to cancel, only for them to talk you into keeping it, over and over again having the conversations. Despite you letting them know that you want to cancel over and over again, they will keep charging you. They have the dumbest rules about canceling. STAY AWAY.

I made the switch from WordPress to Webflow because their website templates look a lot better. Big mistake. I'm already heading back to WordPress. Let's start with their customer service - it's practically non-existent. You send them an email and then wait weeks for a reply, if you get one at all. What's worse, I paid for a whole year upfront. Then I decided I wouldn't continue to use the service so downgraded my plan so I would not be charged next year. Unlike other SaaS companies that give you the remainder of the period to keep using your current plan, Webflow instantly bumps you down. Fine, i'm not going to use it but its a terrible retention tactic designed to keep users on the platform. And every little extra thing you might want? That's going to cost you. For anyone with a website that's even slightly popular or has a fair bit of content, the costs will skyrocket to thousands each year.

Let me start by saying that this company doesn’t even deserve one star. I have never in my lifetime had such a bad experience with a store. This is going to be long, so grab some popcorn (and never shop here). About 1.5 months ago, my fiancé and I found a mattress and bed frame that we liked from Macy’s. We purchase it and got it scheduled to deliver for this past Saturday. We moved into our apartment on this past Thursday and get married this upcoming Saturday, so it worked out perfectly (as so we thought). The Friday before our shipment was supposed to be delivered, I get an email stating that they randomly changed my delivery date for the mattress only to September 4th, a month after my wedding and apartment move in date. Friday night, I call them frantically freaking out because I didn’t know where we would be sleeping for the next few weeks and the customer service person said that the vendor doesn’t have it available. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A MATTRESS THAT ISNT IN STOCK? I purchased the mattress over a month ago, it should’ve been in the warehouse ready for delivery weeks ago. I end up leaving the call because I had to meet with out wedding decorator and couldn’t deal with that. The next day I look online, it says the mattress is IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP TO OUR ZIP CODE. I call again and they aren’t able to do anything but cancel the order. I tell her I need a mattress within the next week because we don’t have anywhere to sleep. My job requires me to have a mattress that firm enough for my back. She says she’ll look for alternatives that can be delivered in two weeks. She finds some cheap mattress that looks like a backache in the making, I’m finally fed up with them and tell them to cancel my order. I now have to find places to get a mattress, while trying to get all my last minute wedding planning meetings and things done, They absolutely ruined my wedding experience. My angel of a fiancé was able to go out and find the same mattress at Costco while I was getting wedding things done and trying to move into our apartment. Good news, we were able to have the mattress in our home within the hour because Costco customer service is unmatchable, I love Costco. Great one thing down. Saturday comes, our bed frame is schedule to deliver between 7-9am, I’m up at 7 am waiting for the delivery and nothing, 8 am- nothing. 9 am - nothing, I check the status and it changes to 12am. Great, now I have some time to grab lunch. Finally around 10 am I get a text message saying “ We will be there today! Track your Macys delivery here:” with a link. I click on the link and it says “tracking is unavailable”. I think… okay maybe he’s a little behind. I wait as time passes. 1 pm, nothing. I call Macy’s customer service to see if they can tell me when he’ll arrive because I had wedding meetings scheduled later that day. She says she’ll reach out to the warehouse. I’m on hold for over 10 min. Findlay she gets back and says that they “forgot to load my bed frame on the truck”. How unprofessional. I’m very mad and disappointed at this point. I explain my situation to her and she was one of the only nice people I spoke to. I was about to cancel the entire order and she said she’d make sure the package would get delivered on Monday if I still wanted it. Honestly, if it weren’t for her, I would’ve just cancelled the entire order without a doubt. Well, here I am, on a Sunday, Hoping to get my bed frame delivered tomorrow because I moved my entire schedule to make time for it’s delivery. If it doesn’t get delivered tomorrow (I won’t be surprised), then I’ll be canceling everything. Needless to say, I will never, without a doubt, purchase anything from Macy’s again. I mean that from the purest part of my heart. Thank you Macy’s for making my fiancé and I’s wedding and apartment planning a miserable experience.

Contacted customer service online 3 separate times, after each time - I was told they would get back to me, but I have heard nothing. AVOID!

It is the worst laptop I have ever bought. I will never ever consider even looking at one of those crappy pieces of junk. You at Dell, send programs to make the computers slow and to make it start crashing down. It does not even charge, but as soon as I unistall all the Dell updates it works again, but you update it again and make it worse. That kind of practice is totally ILLEGAL. Someday your crappy company will go out of business and I will laugh my guts out.
