Ordered Combo Touch iPad case with express shipping on 13/10. Still no update or indication about when it will be dispatched. Order status is just 'accepted'. Money taken from my account. Contacted customer service online 3 separate times, after each time - I was told they would get back to me, but I have heard nothing. AVOID!
