Somehow Emraites makes easy jet seem good. Emraites delayed my flight due to a technical issue on their plane. I’ve been waiting at the airport for over 5 hours each hour they have called the flights gate said last call only to the announce it will take off on another hour. They have made me miss my connecting flight. Emraites won’t tell me when or how I can get to my holiday. Their advise was go to Dubai and hope for a place on flight. It would likely be 2 days after my original flight. This would reduce my holiday by 2 nights minimum. Emraites have not offered compensation, care or helpfulness. I have never spoken to such rude pathetic customer service agents that answer the phones. One wouldn’t give his name and pretended he wasn’t there anymore I could still hear him. What kind of company is this ? Find a different airline who has decorum

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Flight cancellation and what you would think would then be a simple refund process is turning into a fight to get it authorized (even though it is an open and shut case). Customer service is pretty useless. They don't answer questions, are reluctant to provide information when asked, and lie through their teeth about every aspect of the case. For example, they advise you can track progress through your customer account. You can't. They tell you their is no refund reference even though the previous operator provided this to you. I will never deal with this shower ever again and recommend all you fine folk out there do the same for your own sanity.

Bought a new TV that arrived with someone else's Netflix account still logged in. When I complained, the manager told me it was "normal for open-box items" (except I paid full price). Their "price match guarantee" is a joke – spent 2 hours arguing while they invented new excuses.

The business seems shady at best

The business seems shady at best. We have a house listed with a real estate company. In early September, we lowed our asking price $26,000. Immediately after Zillow lowered their estimate $25,800. Yesterday, I looked at Zillow and their estimate for my home was $480,100. I decided to lower our price from $499,000 to $479,500. Immediately Zillow lowered their estimate to $459,100. Something similar happened in August, however I don’t remember the exact figure s, however very close to the above figures. This happening once my be coincidence, but 3 times????? You make your own decision.

Being honest and upfront would be the biggest step to customer relations you could possibly do. The only thing I got from Samsung customer service was this company is very shady and stinks of fraud. Only Samsung technicians can diagnose the problem and you must pay them first before they set up an appointment, and that fee is not put toward the repair of the item, but you honestly don't have to worry about that because their technicians will find that the part that went bad it's not under warranty and you must pay the full price for repair plus the diagnosis

Infiltrated by political activists

Infiltrated by political activists. Cancelled subscription after many years but they demanded another 10 months payments. I’m all in favour of telling the truth about our past and certainly a believer in racial and social equality but I joined the NT to give money to Charity and look after old property. I didn’t give them money to start political projects run by a ‘steering group’ of SECRET members who therefore cannot be scrutinised. Now my money has been diverted to a political agenda whilst the genuine supporters and visitors who provided the main earnings have been driven away and depicted as ignorant racists hypocritically enjoying the profits of our evil ancestors. We’d better stop going then. There are NT advisors in practically every room of each house and plenty of signs that could be used to tell the true history of each building so no need to send political broadcasts via email and stir up controversy in the media. When I wrote that they were entering into politics they replied in writing first denying that and then immediately citing Black Lives Matter. I support BLM but I don’t confuse them with a property charity. NT seem confused about their function. I don’t see any political banners from them explaining how they made their staff redundant whilst they could have been furloughed. I’ll miss all the beautiful places that we visited but I’m happier not contributing to what is now a political organisation using charitable funds.

Meant to sign up for their 7 day trial...was instantly charged $39.99. Figured it would be returned if I canceled during the free trial and was meant to validate the card. Well, they didn't have the piece of music I was looking for so when to cancel. They refused to refund (this was within 2-3 days of purchase), just kept directing me to their TOS. So, I chalk this up to tricky clicks....clicking for the free trial sent me to something else that WASN'T a free trial. I apparently didn't read the fine print. Very slow processing

It costs 50 cents to a dollar or even 2% of the amount to deposit money. They claim instant deposits work, but they don't. Even if u send money from your bank instantly, it takes binance at least 8 hours to process the transaction. That's extremely depressing for such a large casino.
