Not to use this company.We started using Clover in mid 2017. Everything was fine initially. But after sometime, when there was an issue, you are unable to get the right person to help you. And if there is someone, you need to hold your phone at least 2 hours to get simple things fix.At the beginning of this year, we subscribe a marketing app that helps to send messages to our customers. Charged $99/ month. Things went well for Jan & Feb, in March, it was rough, announcements were not able to release. Contacted Clover support many times. They don't even know what I'm talking about. It took me time to get them understand an app that was host in their system, And finally, they understand my problem but unable to help.....they have no idea how or where to get help. Just asked me to try again later. And in April, I asked for a refund. An official letter email to us confirming that they will refund the $99. But they did not. They didn't charge for May, and we thought things were settled. But in June, they started to charge again. So, I contacted the support again. The agent said the app was cancelled and we are no longer using it. So I write again in the email, asking the refund for April and June. Giving evidence that I got a letter from them confirming a refund. They replied that my email is an error...????? And they charged again in July.... hopeless. And they even wanted us to contact the app company ourselves to solve the problem, that is ridiculous. And starting from the day before yesterday, we are UNABLE TO input TIPS into our system. Wasted 2 hrs calling them but in vain. I used 2 hours the next day, talking to a customer service agent about all information regarding all transactions, hoping she can help from her end to adjusted the tips. She noted all the details and said she will send me an email to get my confirmation, sign and return the document to her before they start to process the tips adjustment. Her email never come. so what now???? We were unable to input tips for the days that follow either..... They are simply 0 communication, weak in product knowledge, conveying of information for intra departments seems none, negligence of customers problem and left you hanging in the air

I’m never disappointed with the help I get from their patient and informative tech support! No matter how crossed up I get on a website transfer or database connection, they always either lead me to the right steps to take, or make the fix on their end for something I can’t reach.

Second review:After some time after forcing Eclipse, I can only say that it's getting worse every day!Only Core users are even, slightly heard! The staff doesn't care about the other users!And even worse! The senior members are beginning to act really weird! They are overprotective of the staff, so that when anyone criticizes the staff we are either accused of bullying or of being disrespectful, when it's not the case!A user was banned after being flagged by a senior member, simply because the user didn't agree with them! And yet, art thiefs, spam and sex bots and people who actually break the site's rules are left alone even after being reported! And if the "criminal" users are Core, forget it! The staff will protect them!That happened with Nads6969! She stole and traced art for more than 10 years! And even if DA has a 3 strike DMCA policy, it took about 10, if not more, DMCA reports and campaigns outside of the website, to finally getting her banned!Really?!Terrible site! The thiefs are rewarded, while artists can't even retrieve their earnings from the site without being a Core member!Go to a different website, please! Preferably one not own by Wix!

I had my money drained from my account so Chase said they couldn't help me I had to call Cash app to have them help refund my money they said they couldn't help me cuz I don't have an account which of course I didn't because whoever stole from me had a cash app account so I had to keep going back and forth eight times between cash app and Chase and at the end they said it's okay for family member to steal from me they cannot help us because it was a family member so if you want your family to steal from you then keep Chase if not get rid of them!! They do not protect their customers from fraud!!

Je regarde l'actualité jeu-vidéo, je suis passioné, et souvent ce site fais des articles pousse-a-clique avec du contenu probablement écrit par le premier venu ayant fait un tour sur wikipédia... Souvent les articles sont peu précis voir carrément faux. Surtout dans les intros de sujet ou des rapports et corrélations sont faites àtort et par pur facilité d'écriture. Grande déception du coup, j'imagine que les sujets que je connais moins ne doivent pas être plus précis, comment leur faire confiance sur des sujets ou je n'y connais pas grand chose si le sujet que je connais est traité par des débutants ?

Firstly, I want an explanation around Hotels.com trying to take £750 on the day we travelled when the contract was PAY IN RESORT, they tried again on Friday 16th, the day of checkout. After travelling for over 7 hours, we arrived at the hotel at 21:30, paid in full at the desk and then were directed to a room that was nowhere near to the type we booked, in effect the hotel took our money knowing full well they were not providing what was paid for. We tried Hotel.com support who were a waste of time, since then I have had a series of patronising emails. We had to threaten to sleep in reception before being given a room that was barely suitable, we then had to wait a further 24 hours for the room we booked and paid for. Apart from this their web site descriptions were not accurate with regard to the facilities an services. I asked 3 times to be relocated with no response. There is something very wrong with this company, the mis-use of bank details is a real concern and illegal, the feeling that we were stranded in a substandard hotel with a 5 year old with no support was even worse. I am working on obtaining email details of their directors to try and get some action from them. I have been back 2 weeks now and all I get from Hotels.com is prevarication and lies. They have still not answered why they tried to take £1500 without authorisation or reason.

One example can be: "Average rent price of residential property in selected cities in Germany from 2015 to 1st quarter 2020 (in euros per square meter)*" BUT the content show only for 2015, 2019 and Q1-2020. Therefore there is a lie in the title of the statistics available (which we cannot see if we didn't pay). And it is just one example from a lot of others.

I had a bad experience with GetYourGuide and the worst part was the email response when I asked for a refund was rude and accusatory and refused to refund me for them misrepresenting a tour. I booked a tour in Germany to walk the Nuremberg Nazi Rally Grounds. We drove over an hour, arrived early, and met the designated tour guide (he was wearing a number on his lanyard, which matched our email instructions). We learned that the other patrons already there were there as part of a Viking cruise excursions, which is where they received headsets to be able to hear the tour guide. When we asked the tour guide for headsets, he said he did not have any for us and to ask the museum staff, so we did, and they redirected us back to the tour guide. He was speaking so softly that without headsets you could not hear anything. I reached out to GetYourGuide and the email I received was incredibly rude, accusing me of joining the wrong tour group, which we did not do (again, we found the gentleman we were instructed to find, per the confirmation email). I am highly disappointed and will never use this website again. I got my money back via a credit card dispute because GYG refused to issue a refund.

I am a small seller and have a very small store. I sold a belt bag. The buyer stated that it smelled horribly like mildew and demanded I accept a return. I declined because I knew it was fresh when I mailed it and it took three days to ship to the customer. eBay forced me to accept the return. It was very stressful because no one wants to think they sold something that smells. I received the bag back and it smelled as fresh as it was when I mailed it. Then EBay charged me $22 for shipping it back to me! This is never going to happen again. I won’t sell another item on EBay and plan to close my account. There are other options. I have a Poshmark store that does fairly well. I always thought that EBay had a better seller/buyer rating process. I was not allowed to rate the buyer who lied about the item. The only reason I didn’t put everything on EBay is because of the shipping costs. Poshmark has issues but I have never felt ripped off like this.

This company is absolutely and completely repulsive. Their procedures and policies that are meant to HELP their customers pay their payments are outdated and ridiculous. They only have ONE option for 2 factor authentication. I live abroad and have enjoyed using my CO savor card as they had decent rewards, no international fees etc. But logging into my account has been a total nightmare that's lasted over 6 weeks. I will pay off the balance within the next month and I'll be done with these absolute dolts. It's almost as if they don't want you to be able to pay your bill so that you accrue fees that they'll then profit from? sounds like a scam to me. Stay AWAY
