Mixed feelings about this. Their pricing is great tbh, I've been paying for over 5 months now (mainly because there is no alternative).Their customer support is literally an AI.It's understandable for some series to be unavailable, but what puzzles me is when specific seasons are missing.

The website isn't user friendly, I'd see different people offered on different days and not even in my location. I didn't find anyone suitable for my job and I only received 2 responses from the 10 people I contacted. Of these 10 about half were in a reasonable travel distance for the job anyway. It was very lacking in all areas. One told me she lives in another area but the website wont let her update it accurately. The other agreed to call and did not. I was also contacted offering a completely different service by someone who lives the opposite end of the country. Costs a lot for absolutely nothing. Cannot recommend using this site.

Once the measure of excellence it has fallen by poor service and unreliable software. I use my bank credit card when there’s a consumer issue now and it’s easier and faster to get refund. Customer service today took all day and issue of their error not resolved. If you must use it keep to one debit and one credit card so they can’t change what you set: I have screen grabs of their changing my set cards and using others 4 times aggregate in less than 24 hours. Too much competition for such a shoddy business which is clearly reflected in the (non) performance of their stock which says it all: no investor confidence as well as no consumer confidence.

Terrible customer service - don't waste money, use services like WiX that actually have customer service.These guys won't even take a call unless your paying super ultra premium fees ($200 isn;t enough to get a support call to solve their issues)

I bought this as a replacement for a Kindle as part of a general move away from Amazon. Happy with the choice of books available and the ability to work with ePubs from other sources via third party libraries such as Calibre.On the plus side the reading experience is similar to Kindle (in a good way) and the UI is IMO better in terms of accessing menus and general navigation. The colour option is nice but the automatic adjustment of colour temperature to ambient light is distracting as it changes without warning and I had to turn it off. It's lighter in weight than a Kindle and feels flimsier but due to the lightness is also more comfortable to read so swings/roundabouts. My bigger gripe though is glitches -in the short time since I've had it, I've had an "unable to access next page" glitch and a complete freeze, both only fixable by rebooting (which lost the place in the book). Both of these are with a native KePub format book bought from the Kobo store. I never had anything like it with a Kindle. I intend to persevere with it in the hope that these are one offs and/or I have been unlucky - without the glitches it would be an extra star, maybe two.

Wrongly removing items & when you appeal, the rude garbage “customer service” agents completely ignore your appeals & deny them. Imagine not knowing genuine designer goods from fakes & falsely accusing you of selling fakes, hence the removals. I have 100% positive customer feedback for other sold designer items & NEVER had any claims put in against me for selling fakes so surely that should be an indication that my account & items are trustworthy, having been selling on the app for over 10 years??! It’s extremely stressful & frustrating using the depop app & even though they’ve removed the selling fees, I’d rather pay fees on eBay than continue to sell on depop due to their garbage staff that clearly need training on being able to identify genuine designer goods from counterfeit ones, & MAJOR customer service training (esp’ for Jermel M @ Loreali G - useless humans).If you’ve experienced the same injustices please report them to trading standards - www.citizensadvice & BBC Watchdog.
