I therefore assumed it was an international organization.Since the package wasn’t arriving and the tracking information provided showed different details depending on whether I checked the courier’s website or the link in the confirmation email, I tried to contact customer service. However, I discovered that I have to call the United States, and there is no support in Italian.Great job, excellent transparency, and wonderful ease of contacting customer service in case of issues.Fortunately, to err is human (I’m referring to my mistake in placing the order there).
