(Text in English further below)Man schreibt dem Support mehrmals täglich das man eine Unterkunft hat in welcher das Zimmer komplett verdreckt ist (Böden, Wände, Fenster, Bettlaken, Kühlschrank, Möbel) dass das Bad komplett verdreckt und Schimmlig ist (Gesundheitsgefahr!!!) und das einzige was der Support nach einem halben Tag zusammengebracht hat außer zu vertrösten und mitzuteilen das die Ressourcen begrenzt sind ist genau garnichts, das der Gastgeber der Unterkunft sein Appartement so überhaupt anbietet ist schon ein starkes Stück aber das die Buchungsplatform Vrbo trotz Gefährdung der Gesundheit nach einem bald ganzen Tag nichts weiter zusammenbekommt als in mehreren Anfragen nur zu vertrösten riecht gewaltig nach Beihilfe zum Betrug (Es gilt die Unschuldsvermutung), somit ist dem Unternehmen wohl das Geld wichtiger als die Gesundheit seiner Kunden, einfach nur unfassbar sowas! 🥶PS: Vrbo falls ihr auf die Bewertung antwortet dann erspart es mir eure Telefonnummern und E-Mail Adressen mitzuteilen um an den Support zu gelangen, eine Komplette Rückerstattung oder eine Alternativunterkunft würden mir deutlich mehr helfen, Danke.English: You write to the support several times a day that you have an accommodation in which the room is completely dirty (floors, walls, windows, sheets, fridge, furniture) that the bathroom is completely dirty and mouldy (health hazard!!!!) and the only thing the support team managed to do after half a day, apart from putting you off and telling you that resources are limited, is exactly nothing, the fact that the host of the accommodation offers his flat at all is a strong piece, but the fact that the booking platform Vrbo, despite endangering your health, can't get anything else together after almost a whole day than just putting you off in several requests smells a lot like aiding and abetting fraud (the presumption of innocence applies), so the company is probably more important to the money than the health of its customers, just unbelievable! 🥶PS: Vrbo if you reply to the review please spare me your phone numbers and email addresses to contact support, a full refund or alternative accommodation would help me a lot more, thank you.
