I've done 2 contests now through 99Designs and enjoyed the process both times. The first time I had to reach out to support for an issue and they responded within 12hrs and were very helpful and easy to deal with. I was very happy with the winning logo. The second contest overall went well and I'm very happy with the designer I chose and the work they did. I was however slightly disappointed that the 299 silver package promised 30 designs and I only received 3 (with 2 being entry-level designers and 1 mid-level). It all worked out and I'm completely satisfied, but it's worth noting because I felt like I was paying for more choices and more brilliance to compete for the win.
