Think most people who review here are…

Think most people who review here are confused about what Eventbrite is. It's actually a web based tool that allows you to create an event and promote it online. Eventbrite don't actually organise the events. If you have issues with refunds and the event you contact the event organisers not Eventbrite. Otherwise its like buying something on marketplace in Facebook and trying to email and phone Facebook to get a refund.

When is extra leg room not leg room

11 of us travelled on Emirates from Bham to Dubai/Sydney 28 October 23 and returned 16 Nov back into Bham EK0039 flight.We paid for extra leg room seats 80J K H so that we could relax and have sleep on the long journeys ahead of us. On 3 of the trips the air stewards were respectful of our space, given we were next to where they served the food and drinks with their trolleys. They were all quiet during the long flights once drinks and food had been served so myself, husband and son could sleep.However, on the flight from Dubai to Bham this could not be a worse experience if Emirates tried. The team were inexperienced (bar one professional) one of them swearing so we could hear F"** word as the curtains were left open, explaining what she required in men. The food and drinks trolley was left next to my husband within an inch of his feet so they stepped over him each time, apologising for waking him up over the next 3 hours. A team of 6 stood in our area having a meeting.After 4 hours into the 8 hr flight, I politely asked if they could move the trolley so we were not disturbed and it was really disrespectful given we had paid extra for the seat. The deputy and mgr came to see us to apologise and talk to their team and moved the trolley. I showed the mgr a picture. The mgr took my phone and email details to formally respond, but 9 days later still no response. Very disappointing, given 11 of us travelled. The previous 3 flights were really good.

Not to be used for Business-Critical Infrastructure

We are a small community-based institution that has used Brevo for almost five years. Our account has been in good standing during that period, with a list of over 60k subscribers and over 100k emails sent in some months. We use a dedicated IP, which has a good reputation. I arrived at work this morning to find access to our account suspended, and it plastered with banners indicating, 'Your account has been suspended for not following our Terms of use.' (Innocent until proven guilty, anyone?) This suspension appears to be due to a single complaint from an email address added six months ago as part of a prize draw we ran.I have provided evidence confirming this, including screengrabs of consent and opt-ins. I await their reply.In the meantime, I couldn't be more upset by their treatment of a loyal customer, and the trigger-happy way in which their compliance team handled this. Heads up: it's poor customer service to accuse your customers of wrongdoing and suspend them without warning before asking for evidence or giving them the chance to respond.Having previously been a happy customer, I am now sadly aware that Brevo cannot be relied on for business-critical functions, as there is evidently a risk they might suspend your account at any time. So I have begun searching for a more professional provider. For some time, Brevo appears to have been focused on growing revenue by over-diversifying and trying to be all things to all people - CRM, Helpdesk, Advertising Platform, SMS, WhatsApp - while neglecting their core email marketing functionality. Time for this professional email marketer to move on, I guess.

Fast email delivery, and great customer service

Brevo's customer service was fast and friendly, and solved my problem in one step without having to go back and forth a bunch. The service does exactly what I want, and does it quickly. Emails flow instantly and I get great metrics.

Buingiorno. Il Best Western Hotel Adige è una vergogna per Best Western e Trentino. Questo hotel non può essere 4 stelle. L'hotel fa parte di un condominio con negozi come Tigota, Polli, ecc. Sul retro dell'hotel, a poca distanza (sembra essere meno di 10 m), cisono edifici con le stracci sporchi sui terrazze (foto allegata) . Il balcone della camera è in commune con gli altri ospiti. Quindi vedete le persone che passano davanti alla vostraa porta finestra (mi chiedo, cosa dovrebbe costare mettere un divisorio che si apre in caso di emmergenza per usare balcone come uscita?). Allego le foto di un balcone comune con le sigarette per terra, in un hotel 4 stelle. La stanza ha una grossa crepa in tutta la parete, vecchio cassaforte a muro non funzionante e non demolito (mi chiedo è possibile mettere almeno un quadretto su questa cassaforte?), interruttori sono gratati (vedi foto). Molto strano e scomodo confezione per sapone ( vedi foto). Abbiamo rinunciato alla colazione perché non corrisponde a un hotel 4 stelle. Non c'era tavola calda con pancetta, salsiccia e uova. Croisant e affettati non bastano per livello dichiarato. Questo non è un hotel a 4 stelle - Vergogna.The Best Western Hotel Adige is a shame for Best Western and Trentino. This hotel cannot be 4 stars. The hotel is part of a condominium with shops such as Tigota, Polli, etc. At the rear of the hotel, a short distance away (it seems to be less than 10m), there are buildings with dirty rags on the terraces (photo attached). The balcony of the room is shared with the other guests. So you see people passing in front of your French window (I wonder, what should it cost to put a partition that opens in an emergency to use a balcony as an exit?). I am attaching photos of a common balcony with cigarettes on the floor, in a 4-star hotel. The room has a big crack in the whole wall, old wall safe not working and not demolished (I wonder is it possible to put at least one square on this safe?), Switches are old (see photo). Very strange and inconvenient soap package (see photo). We have given up on breakfast because it does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. There was no hot bacon, sausage and eggs. Croisants and cold cuts are not enough for the declared level. This is not a 4 star hotel - Shame on it.

I ordered a smartphone here and I was a bit worried after reading all the negative reviews here. My package was delivered with a small delay, but everything was fine. I decided not to keep the phone and I contacted the client service. It took a while for them to respond and after it took some time to make an appointment with GLS to pick up the package, but it all went well in the end. I got my refund already after one week.

Trip advisor is a sellout. i think they are fake site, who want to promote 3rd class airline. They stopped taking review to save Fly Frontier being exposed. What is the point of your system, if you can not process influx of review due to a unprofessional staff. No problem you stop taking review, we will expose your hypocrisy.

Target is a great store please read this review and shop at target or Target.com I've had the best experience with target and they are a growing company and we really need more target stores in rural areas not just big towns small towns suffer from having to commute long distances sometimes 30 40 or 50 miles I would be extremely grateful if I had a target in my town and look forward to there growth and expanding to new towns.

If you're moved to a different country, sony won't help youIf you're moved to a different country or are in a different country temporarily than the one created originally with your Account. Sony won't give a care to help you. They will argue that you've breached their Terms of Service (Because Everyone is stuck in their own country according to them) and will close their chat. I had to use VPN in order to get them to talk. Upon them checking. They told me i had to go to the Site's country my PSN account was created in.Problem is the country i was registered in only offer support via Calls, no Email or live chat or anything. International calls are super expensive per minute with the service i'm having. Completely unacceptable just to get some basic help to get a refund off a smaller game. I've never seen a worse customer support ever.
