Forget about this CRM if you are a SaaS or B2B business, and their support sucks

As Hubspot is born out of an inbound marketing tool, EVERYTHING is centred around the contact , which is fine for some, but a disaster for anyone who centres their business around a company that they sell to. Also Hubspot charges you per contact so everything about the tool is designed to suck in as many contacts as they possibly can so they can consequently bill you for them. In addition simple reports such as reoccurring revenue reporting do not exist, even if you purchase their expensive reporting add on (which basically gives you unlimited dashboards but no reports of any value to populate them with). Their customer support are poorly trained and give you conflicting advice, and essentially will just send you links to support centre articles which you have already read at length and that do not provide you with the answer that you are looking for. Their account managers are also very poorly trained in the product, its a bit disheartening when you have to teach your account manager about certain intricacies to do with their product. All in all it seems like Hubspots key focus, as discussed below, is to extract as much money out of you as possible with not much in the way of concern for the customerUpdate- this should give you an indication of Hubspot’s attitude towards its customers, after leaving this review 6 MONTHS ago they respond with THIS!?!?!? “Sorry to hear about your experience with HubSpot.
