Linkedin has one of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, they restricted my account without giving me the reason why, just the generic response. When I tried to recover my account and ask for the way forward, all they said was ' it's the final decision and we wish you all the best " There was no dialogue really as to fix the problem or at least let me know what I did wrong, I had to struggle for about a month trying to resolve the issue but in end I just wasted my time. No live chat for non premium members, also when you're locked out of your account with a restriction on it, you're unable to log in to even follow up on your case, by the time you wait for a long time, only to get a copy paste reply. They have no regard for their members who is just trying to come up and get a job and build a network.
