I have been waiting over 5 months for the refund of flights since they were cancelled. I have confirmation from Iberia and British Airways the flights have been cancelled.Each and every time I contact the so called “help centre” I get a different story and response. It should be a negative star customer lack of service.Never use them is my mantra!

All in all good, only one issue experienced (several times already): the search filter for hotels etc. does not always work properly if 'pet/dog' is selected/activated. Then you find yourself in the evening at the reception desk of the booked hotel and you are told "dogs not allowed ..."

The worst customer service.My site was taken down for no reason, it's been 5 days now, I've submitted 3 tickets, and no response and no reason or help as to what is going on.Will definitely not upgrade. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!You will spend hours building your site, making it perfect, and then it's wiped or has a technical fault and there is ZERO support. Not even a reason so I can fix it. The worst. So unhappy.

I like this app but one thing i hate a lot in it which is appearing the update every week which is very disgusting. Sometimes i think about to uninstall it. Its okay in a month but not every week, or developer should provide a feature to hide it once we get notified. i am really annoyed with it, i hope it will solve soon else one day i am gonna uninstall it... I would give 2 star just because of this very annoying thing.

Below 1 star, if I could. I trust the management will read it. I've been trying to place an order over and over and their website doesn't accept the payment. A credit card that I use for general purchases. Aliexpress is asking me to go through a process of uploading the card info, and all my personal information, to make one purchase. I didn't, but they keep reminders to finalize my purchase. I will not bother again.

I’m beyond frustrated and feel completely deceived by Agoda, and I need your help to spread the word!Here’s what happened to me:Misleading Cancellation Policies: I booked a hotel through Agoda for my trip to Italy (June 18-21). The listing never stated it was non-refundable upfront and displayed a cancellation deadline of March 22, 8:20 PM. Trusting this information, I canceled the booking within 5 minutes on March 22 at 12:25 PM (my local time), well before the deadline. However, Agoda uses a different time zone for their deadlines, misleading customers into thinking they have more time to cancel than they actually do. Despite my prompt action, Agoda kept my entire payment and left me with NO BOOKING! 💸Abysmal Customer Service: I have contacted their customer service NON-STOP, but they refuse to take responsibility. And this is not the first time they have screwed me. I see there are more than 4000+ people with such bad experience. Join my Reddit community (ScammedbyAgoda) and we all can take some serious action against. Let’s fight for consumer rights and stop deceptive travel booking practices! If Agoda has wrongfully taken your money, please come forward!

The fact that they shove the joe rogan podcast into my home feed and do not provide a way to BLOCK HIM is enough to end my subscription. After contacting customer service multiple times and asking for a solution, they continue to carelessly ignore the issue. When I try to cancel my subscription they charged me anyways and refused to give me a refund even though I had no intent on renewing. When I try to find ways to remove my card and PayPal information, customer service claims there's no way to do so and refused to refund me.

I wish I could give this company zero stars!! The worst customer service ever! I bought a Samsung TV from Best Buy that worked for 20 days. I didn’t know this but they only give you like 16 days to return TVs or electronics which is ridiculous!! They would not return the TV. The TV just stopped working. I was watching TV and then it just cut off. So I had to reach out to Samsung because Best Buy would not return. Samsung gave me the run around and I had to wait 3 weeks for the guy to fix the Tv because the part was on back order which tells me that it is something that is usually wrong with the TV. The guy fixed the motherboard which is what he said was wrong with it and then tells me there is a hairline crack in the TV and Samsung will not fix that. I have no idea how this crack got there. I was watching TV and it just cut off. It’s very frustrating so I basically threw away $450 on a TV that doesn’t work. I will never shop at Best Buy again or buy anything Samsung! They’re a joke. I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand on this TV and Samsung. I wouldn’t buy from these places unless you like throwing away money.

I have been saving on crypto.com and I have noticed that they inflate the prices of different crypto there’s a massive price difference between Crypto.com and Coinbase for bitcoin nearly a €1000 difference I use € on both apps the customer service don’t follow up with your queries I can’t wait to close my account but I am trapped because I staked some of my coins and locked my CRO for 6 months you do get rewards but they don’t amount to much.
