I wish I could give this company zero stars!! The worst customer service ever! I bought a Samsung TV from Best Buy that worked for 20 days. I didn’t know this but they only give you like 16 days to return TVs or electronics which is ridiculous!! They would not return the TV. The TV just stopped working. I was watching TV and then it just cut off. So I had to reach out to Samsung because Best Buy would not return. Samsung gave me the run around and I had to wait 3 weeks for the guy to fix the Tv because the part was on back order which tells me that it is something that is usually wrong with the TV. The guy fixed the motherboard which is what he said was wrong with it and then tells me there is a hairline crack in the TV and Samsung will not fix that. I have no idea how this crack got there. I was watching TV and it just cut off. It’s very frustrating so I basically threw away $450 on a TV that doesn’t work. I will never shop at Best Buy again or buy anything Samsung! They’re a joke. I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand on this TV and Samsung. I wouldn’t buy from these places unless you like throwing away money.
