Worst customer service. Biased unwanted content shoved in your face daily, no thanks

The fact that they shove the joe rogan podcast into my home feed and do not provide a way to BLOCK HIM is enough to end my subscription. After contacting customer service multiple times and asking for a solution, they continue to carelessly ignore the issue. When I try to cancel my subscription they charged me anyways and refused to give me a refund even though I had no intent on renewing. When I try to find ways to remove my card and PayPal information, customer service claims there's no way to do so and refused to refund me.
