I have been using GetResponse for about a year. I have found their platform to be very reliable. Authoring emails and newsletters is easy and the interface is very intuitive. While I email several clients daily, I am only using this for less than a thousand leads; therefore, I can only comment on this level of usage. I have never had any spam issues through this service.

I must have wasted time with at least 10-15 of these paid survey results. They generally make you answer many questions to see if you "qualify" (basically performing the survey for these companies). Then later tell you that you don't qualify for whatever reason. Why not just tell you at the beginning, and why direct the surveys our way in the first place? If you average out how many failed "surveys" the average person has to do, it's probably less than a minimum wage job. Don't waste time on Medscape physician surveys, basically clickbait that dangles money they pull away after you work for them.In the end, I didn't get paid on a single one out of many attempts over the last 1-2 years, so maybe it's just me. But just my experience.

After requesting Information and sending multiple forms to speak to someone to conclude this issue, this company has done nothing to amend what they have taken from me. They are money-hungry and unremorseful; do not use their service. As an artist myself, I appreciated the fact that they were offering classes from such experienced individuals. I thought they could be trustworthy. But they have not gotten back to me. They do not care that they have done wrong to me. I will get my money back in a way that will not be through them. However, I advise you not to use this company because they do not care if they do wrong. Their numbers don't lead you to an actual representative. Their contact forms are of no use. They do not care. I have sent at least four contact forms. They only sent me two articles that are of no help. And I gave my review here they asked for more information, and I still have not gotten back to me. Do not be tempted by the offer of cheap classes. They are nothing but money-hungry people trying to take advantage of your desire to learn.

I bought a tv wall mount for $42 which we decided not to use. I purchased it on 1/4 and wanted to return it today 1/27. I was told it was past their 15 day return window and they would not take it back. TERRIBLE Customer Service. I will not go back to that store ever again

I uploaded all my home information and photos and have been waiting for Zillow to approve and publish it. I have sent multiple emails, contact forms, and a voicemail. Use forsalebyowner.com if you want faster, more professional customer service. Also FSBO.com, also really good and you can be in MLS. I will never use Zillow again. It used to be better but now it's just frustrating and holding up my house sale. How can the other ones work so smoothly and Zillow just clunks along

Fake reviews welcomeWe live in a summer tourist spot. We know a guy who owns his own business. He and his wife close up each night, drink and see who can create the best reviews for their business. Yelp allows this therefore this business (which sucks) has a 5 star rating.. I have flagged many reviews expressing my concern and yelp does nothing... meanwhile this crappy summer business is thriving based on their own lies... shameful on their end and on yelps. All about $$ for both sides
