Terrible!

Terrible!! I forgot my password for an email address I hardly used anymore but did register with a banking app. The phone that I had the app with stopped working, so I went on to their website for help. There was little they could do except refer me to Outlook. And so I did. But now every time I try a password I think it may be, I'm being told that sign in is blocked. How on earth am I supposed to access my banking if my email is blocking me??!!! I'm appalled and would like an answer...NOW!

Do not book hotels here

I am very disappointed, an advertised 4* hotel, also advertising a sea view and a fan, no sea view and the fan did not work, after speaking to the hotel they said that their mechanic cannot come into fix it because he has already gone home. This was a budget hotel, no sea view, no fan, false advertisement, I cannot get through to hotels.com as they have a virtual chat bot only.

Wanted to share my recent experience with Envato's marketplace and express my disappointment with the lack of support I've encountered.A few days ago, I purchased a website theme from Envato, excited to enhance my online presence. However, shortly after the purchase, I realized that my current hosting plan does not allow for the installation of custom themes. Understanding this limitation, I promptly requested a refund, as I had not activated the theme or used its download code.Despite my attempts to reach out to both the theme author and Envato support for assistance with the refund process, I have been met with silence. My refund request has gone unanswered, and despite raising a dispute, there has been no response from the support staff.2 weeks later, the support staff denied my refund request without acknowledging my proof of non-activated theme status.This lack of communication and unwillingness to provide timely support is deeply concerning. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when encountering technical issues beyond my control. The inability to use the purchased theme due to hosting restrictions should warrant a refund, especially considering that the theme's license remains unused.I understand that issues may arise, but the complete absence of support and communication is unacceptable. I urge Envato and its marketplace officials to prioritize customer support and address inquiries and refund requests in a timely manner.Additionally, I would like to share my experience with the theme itself. While I have not been able to use it due to hosting limitations, the lack of support has left a negative impression. As a paying customer, I expect better responsiveness and assistance when encountering difficulties with a product purchased from Envato's marketplace.I hope that by sharing my experience, it will prompt Envato and its community to reassess their support processes and ensure that customers receive the assistance they deserve.Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

Over 2 Hour Delivery and Terrible Refund Policy

We ordered from Shake Shack and it took over 2 hours to get our food. The first order was cancelled by DoorDash, so we had to put in a second order. We ordered the exact same items but this order was magically more expensive. I was told that the refund for the first order would take 5-7 business days. This is ridiculous. They are just holding the money to make additional interest off of other people's money.

They will remove any under 5 stars feedback from plugins like lumise, those plug ins are full of bugs, and when you place an honest review under 5 stars they run to ask codecanyon to remove the bad ratings and they are removed for any reason in hours, not allowing real customers to express the real experience.

It is an issue with the lenders. Even after putting the not “don’t call me. They all called me eventually one called immediately

Tractor Supply's website is horrible

Tractor Supply's website is horrible. Slow, glitchy, and the search is a crapshoot. I used the app for about three minutes and deleted it due to feeling like I was connected through a dial-up modem. As for the name, they have on isle dedicated to tractor / implement parts usually at the very back corner of the store. Rural King is a much, much better store comparing apples to apples. RK's website is fast, smooth, and easy to use. Get a clue Tractor Supply, stop hiring your sister's kid to build and maintain your website. Hire some professionals...please!

24kms from brisbane cant load 360P videos

was working ok until i moved 24kms from CBD, Upper Brookfield area. 2 bars 4g with unusable internet(cant even load speed test, videos only load in 360P which is unwatchable). most people in the area have had to go alternative methods as adsl is too unreliable from old infrastucture. nbn not an option here. we are now going with starlink, neighbour averages 100mb/sec and its reliable. poor economic countries have better internet then living 20ks away from a capital city. poor form

My daughter’s account was taken over by…

My daughter’s account was taken over by someone else. She was locked out, everything was changed except for her name. I have screenshots of them changing over with their email address and phone number. They are also messaging people with cash app with a name (I also have a screenshot of that) demanding people to give them money! I’ve had many people report it, but FB says it doesn’t go against community standards so it will remain open. While these hackers get to use my daughter’s account to do whatever they please!! I just want her account deleted so they aren’t using her information and her pictures!!!!
