I have been using GetResponse for about a year. I have found their platform to be very reliable. Authoring emails and newsletters is easy and the interface is very intuitive. While I email several clients daily, I am only using this for less than a thousand leads; therefore, I can only comment on this level of usage. I have never had any spam issues through this service.
