We bought tickets to the Gatsby party…

We bought tickets to the Gatsby party in Sacramento at the Sheraton hotel. My prom committee in high school did a FAR better job. We had regular tickets at $100 each. We got there at 9pm because they said there were food offerings as part of the event, hor'dourves and such. The event started at 9pm. We got in line for the food at 9:10. We waited in a line of at least 100 people. By the time we were 20th in line, the food was all gone and they were taking it down. Several of us went to complain to 'Rick?' the event manager. He said, "oh no, they are just replenishing." But no, they took away the trays and the tables. The food was gone. We left the event to get food and because we had no reservations anywhere, ended up waiting for a table at Yard House, in our tuxes. We didn't get back until 12:15 pm and it was a prom like atmosphere. YOU KNEW HOW MANY PEOPLE BOUGHT TICKETS you idiots. You ruined out New Years. We drove from Reno, booked an Air BnB. We spent $500 for a fun night, and did not spend more than 25 min. total at your crap event. WORSE than a high school prom and 5 times the cost. We got screwed. Never again. DO NOT go to anything planned by these fruads.

Don’t recommend

Too hot in rooms no air conditioning, and windows don’t open that much. Lift didn’t work.Far too over priced for what you get. Rooms small and tv so tiny.Stain on carpet, bed, curtains and pillows. Breakfast was decent. Bad customer service. Not good for your money.

I have never experienced such incompetence and ignorance from any Company/Organization ever. I was trying to become a new customer but the lack of knowledge was apparent immediately and I wanted to warn others DO NOT waste your time and energy…..it’s just not worth it.

You cannot trust them anymore

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Best Buy’s customer service. I contacted them via chat to ask for advice on which ink cartridges to purchase for my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e printer. The agent assured me that a specific set of cartridges would work with my printer, so I went ahead and spent over $100 based on their recommendation.When I received the cartridges and tried to install them, I discovered they were completely incompatible with the printer! To make matters worse, when I contacted Best Buy to resolve the issue, they refused to exchange the cartridges because I was outside the return window—even though the mistake was entirely their fault!I trusted the expertise of their staff, but it led to a total waste of money. I’m shocked by how they refused to take responsibility for their error, and now I’m stuck with unusable ink cartridges.Save yourself the hassle and double-check any product recommendations. I expected much better from Best Buy, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

CONSTANT CALLS FROM RANDOM PEOPLE

They have our home listed as pre forclosure, and it is NOT! This is causing TONS of buyers to call and mail us. WE DID NOT LIST ON ZILLOW. THEY PUT NOT ONLY OUR INFORMATION, BUT INCORRECT INFORMATION AND WILL NOT DELETE IT OR CORRECT IT. THIS HAS GONE ON FOR MONTHS. AT THIS POINT, TIME TO GET THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND BBB INVOLVED.

Impossible to set up. Tried 1 debit card, 1 credit card. Neither worked. Customer service was polite but could not help. Wasted 1/2 hour trying to pay my vendor.

We have had a family membership with…

We have had a family membership with the National Trust for about 4 years now, On average we would visit a national trust property around two or three times a month most of these local to where we live. I fully understand why during the lockdown they closed their doors like everyone else but has many people have pointed out on this site the National trust continued to take our membership money despite knowing that we could not make use of our memberships, I am still a paying member at the moment and would like to visit bodnant gardens in north wales but again there is no availability to book why? I will now be looking into demanding a full refund for services not provided since march 23rd because it is my belief that the moment the country went into lockdown the national trust should have stopped collecting people memberships, there is no longer any point in being a member has membership no longer has any benefits and everything on the booking site is first come first served and this includes those who are not members and can pay i feel that this is completely unfair because you are getting money from those who pay and get there tickets first but you are also guaranteed my membership fee even if i am unable to book anywhere.

Review of coinbase

A complete joke of a company:

So I have been a customer of Coinbase for 10 years, I have deposited and withdrew over 6figures through the platform in that time. As of 3 days ago I needed to get a new debit card and account and I cannot link my debit card to account. This is ridiculous. I have spent hours on the phone with support. What a complete joke. Even the employees don’t know how to work within their own company. I don’t recommend anyone using Coinbase ever again. It is a complete joke in the financial space. Save yourself the time and mental strain. What they have done and are doing is so unprofessional it is sickening. Once was such a reliable, fast and easy to use company. Now, a complete humiliation. Easily one of the absolute worst customer support systems I have ever dealt with and there is zero resolution. They will spin you in circles until you have had enough. I have deleted my accounts and will never use them again.

We booked a holiday rental through them and the apartment is the worse I've ever stayed in after 24 years of travelling. The apartment has no window to the outside, just an internal hallway. The whole apartment stinks. Noise was also blasting out from a neighbouring apartment for several hours. We contacted them on day 1 wanting to cancel and they said they would send us an email detailing how to send them proof of the noise - this hasn't arrived yet meaning we have to stay another day in this noisy hell hole. We then spent over 4 hours dealing with their customer service only to be told that they had no control over refunds and that was the apartment's letting team - why didn't they say that at the start of the 4 hours rather than wasting our time?Worst holiday we've ever had. The apartment resembles a prison cell. Reference number - 25133516
