I had an extremely frustrating experience with Best Buy’s customer service. I contacted them via chat to ask for advice on which ink cartridges to purchase for my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e printer. The agent assured me that a specific set of cartridges would work with my printer, so I went ahead and spent over $100 based on their recommendation.When I received the cartridges and tried to install them, I discovered they were completely incompatible with the printer! To make matters worse, when I contacted Best Buy to resolve the issue, they refused to exchange the cartridges because I was outside the return window—even though the mistake was entirely their fault!I trusted the expertise of their staff, but it led to a total waste of money. I’m shocked by how they refused to take responsibility for their error, and now I’m stuck with unusable ink cartridges.Save yourself the hassle and double-check any product recommendations. I expected much better from Best Buy, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
