Ordered a item was faulty after few weeks sent it back never received my refund now they saying I can't get it as they haven't received it in 2 month spoke to 3 or 4 advisers and not one told me it wasn't scaned properly at the post office was told multiple times my money would be back in my account on different days

Amazon used to be great at customer service , now they are really bad. Returns and delivery are a nightmare if something goes wrong. You have to deal with a faceless company that has no customer service or you have to chat with a bot. We will all pay the price for convinience and a dissappearing high street. Beware and do not spend more money that you can afford to lose.

Ordered a product because it was a couple of bucks cheaper than Amazon. HUGE mistake. 6 weeks later still not delivered. Tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. Tried logging in and i was unable to successfully change my password to check order status. I probably spent an hour just trying to cancel the order. No idea if I was successful. I have learned my lesson! NEVER again. Honestly I would prefer paying double or triple the price on Amazon than on Lego. Its not worth the hassle and aggravation to save $20.

Warning. You will get messages full of nonsense and people trying to get you to hire them to help. I added my website so people could see what we are about and got several inquiries from Kenya and Nigeria asking for personal information. I have since deleted this account, but still get inquiries and requests. Kickstarter is full of scammers.

Chegg has trigger happy bots that bans accounts for no reason. Admittedly it has gotten better recently but I had 2 instances where it banned my account that cost me 22 dollars a month to use. Then after spending 22 dollars a month chegg has the nerve to run ads on there platform. Really? If there was another platform that offered the same service I would go to it in a heartbeat. Chegg has a monopoly right now and someone needs to break that so chegg can actually improve. Until that happens chegg will continue to demand ridiculous prices with subpar costumer service and use lazy bots that ban users for looking up to many questions.

Received Activation Code after posting the below comment to Trustpilot. (They said it was sent earlier but I have no evidence of that.) I am glad they got back to me, but wish it had not gotten to this point. Simple access to a responsive Customer Support is much better for everyone.*****************************************************************I purchased Parallels for my M1 Mac Mini. I paid for the application and received my registration key online (not printable in anyway). It was on a website page that I was forwarded to after I paid. I wrote down what was apparently a wrong number and entered that into the key space. The website told me that was the wrong kind of number, so I tried to go backward but that original page would not reproduce. I’ve paid, but am “not licensed” and my trial 14 days are about to run out. I have sent many messages to Support but have not received my reg key. I have called multiple times but “all the agents are busy, try calling back later” is the persistent message. I can’t get what I have legitimately paid for. Where is the customer support?

I was charged over $70 for my Lyft ride. I was taken to a destination that would have been a sketch part and Atlanta that I never put in for my trip. I was supposed to go directly from Buford to Braselton and was taken to Atlanta. This did not only, jeopardize my safety, but also charged way too much. The driver was nice and I do not necessarily blame him as as he was sitting in the driveway waiting for me (As I was looking for my phone, I clearly couldn’t have added anything) A new address was added as a stopping point before going to Braselton. I have tried going through the app and of course there or no way to communicate with an agent via chat or on the phone, I am going to take further action if I do not get some sort of communication regarding this matter. I am a single mom and putting my safety and Jeopardy as well as overcharging me is not OK now it is clear there are no customer service numbers
