I am glad they got back to me, but wish it had not gotten to this point. Simple access to a responsive Customer Support is much better for everyone.*****************************************************************I purchased Parallels for my M1 Mac Mini. I paid for the application and received my registration key online (not printable in anyway). It was on a website page that I was forwarded to after I paid. I wrote down what was apparently a wrong number and entered that into the key space. The website told me that was the wrong kind of number, so I tried to go backward but that original page would not reproduce. I’ve paid, but am “not licensed” and my trial 14 days are about to run out. I have sent many messages to Support but have not received my reg key. I have called multiple times but “all the agents are busy, try calling back later” is the persistent message. I can’t get what I have legitimately paid for. Where is the customer support?
