I was charged over $70 for my Lyft ride. I was taken to a destination that would have been a sketch part and Atlanta that I never put in for my trip. I was supposed to go directly from Buford to Braselton and was taken to Atlanta. This did not only, jeopardize my safety, but also charged way too much. The driver was nice and I do not necessarily blame him as as he was sitting in the driveway waiting for me (As I was looking for my phone, I clearly couldn’t have added anything) A new address was added as a stopping point before going to Braselton. I have tried going through the app and of course there or no way to communicate with an agent via chat or on the phone, I am going to take further action if I do not get some sort of communication regarding this matter. I am a single mom and putting my safety and Jeopardy as well as overcharging me is not OK now it is clear there are no customer service numbers
