One of the worst email marketing platforms. In my experience: They have yet to fix any of the bugs I've reported. They make no attempt to fix the usability issues. They take no responsibility for site downtime. They have no media modification capabilities - not even crop. And their customer service agents are absolutely no help, if they respond at all. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for.

My parents live there...My problem starts here,I catch a DJI Drone discount on Amazon.co.jp. And I want to become a member and buy it, it says there is no shipping to Turkey. OK, no problem, I enter the address of my father's house in Bulgaria, shipping is possible, there is a shipping fee. It's still cheap, no problem!I fill in my credit card, I buy it, the session ends. I try to log in. Suspicious transaction, the system wants me to send photos with the last 4 digits of the card visible.- I put my credit card on the table and took a photo,- I put my ID next to my credit card and took a photo,- I printed my credit card statement from the printer and put it next to the card,- I uploaded my credit card statement as a pdf.What happened? I tried 4 times, my membership did not open.I signed up again, tried to buy again using a different card. Same problem again! My membership was banned.What are you doing guys?- I shop from Amazon.de and the product arrives to my Turkey and Bulgarian addresses,- I shop from Amazon.com and the product arrives to my Turkish and Bulgarian addresses,- I shop from Amazon.com.trNone of them have any problems, but I guess Amazon.co.jp is completely out of control. It is totally scam of AliExpress prize land, I targeted a prize (valued at $50), and took several months to achieve it. However, Aliexpress told me the prize is not available, and there's no way to exchange for other item. So I contacted their customer service, it is a deal loop starts, and their agents always push it to "higher team", which does not exist at all, each time I will get exact the same email (all words are exactly the same), which solved nothing. And I was patient enough since I put up with this process more than 3 times in the past 2 weeks. That never ends, just like a death match. If this is the trick Aliexpress uses to scam your customer and tries to cut your expense, then no one shall purchase from your website, since it is simply a scam.This is my case reference number for this issue: 2053805106022970-----------------------------------------------------------This is the response from Aliexpress after this post in Trustpilot:If your prize is out of stock, try again the next day. We restock regularly. You can also change another item. Also remember that you need to claim your prize within 15 calendar days of accepting it, otherwise it will not be available.------------------------------------------------------------Ironically, this proves to be another scam:They never restock regularly, the item is out of stock every day for 1 month. You could not exchange for other items since it will automatically redirect to purchase page that requires you to pay the original price instead of getting prize. Then "claim your prize within 15 calendar days" is the trick to void your prize to guarantee Aliexpress can give you NOTHING and spare their $50. It is still a SCAM.-------------------------------------------------------This is the 2nd reply from Aliexpress:In the event that your desired item is no longer available, we kindly invite you to choose an alternative product from the same tier. Rest assured, all items within the same tier are of equal value, ensuring a fair and satisfying selection for you.Then what is the difference? This is actually another dead loop start, there's NO WAY to choose an alternative product as a prize since it switches to purchase with the original price. And now the Aliexpress simply show me the prize will EXPIRE in 3 days AS THEY DESIGNED. What an ironical dead spiral! BTW, they NEVER REPONDS after I reply their email although they mentioned they will respond if I have any question.EVEYRONE shall know aliexpress simply take their customers as fools.

F*** these guys….they need to be sued for theft…have not used the service in years, and everyone I try to reset my password to cancel they never send the reset link. It yet they sent an email with a bogus username stating I changed my password and to contact support at shutterstock.com if it was not me. How do they ignore you reply immediately after their email. We need the BEE KEEPER to find them and shut them down. Total theft!!!

Product just don’t last. 3 years old tv already showing horizontal white lines. Es to annoying, why to waste money in so advance quality imagen for later after a few years, your tv is cut in two by a pixel horizontal line? Old TVs where build with the idea of last as much as they could, but this junk need to go to the garbage after two years. Sorry but is not my way of think and your products are just garbage for the world.

I bought a HP Deskjet 2800e. what a pile of s**t. I'm no novice with computers but this thing is the worst. Whatever I do, it wont connect, even with the cable attached which wasn't even supplied!! Every time I buy a HP printer I tell myself never again, but here I am again!!
