It is totally scam of AliExpress prize land, I targeted a prize (valued at $50), and took several months to achieve it. However, Aliexpress told me the prize is not available, and there's no way to exchange for other item. So I contacted their customer service, it is a deal loop starts, and their agents always push it to "higher team", which does not exist at all, each time I will get exact the same email (all words are exactly the same), which solved nothing. And I was patient enough since I put up with this process more than 3 times in the past 2 weeks. That never ends, just like a death match. If this is the trick Aliexpress uses to scam your customer and tries to cut your expense, then no one shall purchase from your website, since it is simply a scam.This is my case reference number for this issue: 2053805106022970-----------------------------------------------------------This is the response from Aliexpress after this post in Trustpilot:If your prize is out of stock, try again the next day. We restock regularly. You can also change another item. Also remember that you need to claim your prize within 15 calendar days of accepting it, otherwise it will not be available.------------------------------------------------------------Ironically, this proves to be another scam:They never restock regularly, the item is out of stock every day for 1 month. You could not exchange for other items since it will automatically redirect to purchase page that requires you to pay the original price instead of getting prize. Then "claim your prize within 15 calendar days" is the trick to void your prize to guarantee Aliexpress can give you NOTHING and spare their $50. This is actually another dead loop start, there's NO WAY to choose an alternative product as a prize since it switches to purchase with the original price. And now the Aliexpress simply show me the prize will EXPIRE in 3 days AS THEY DESIGNED. What an ironical dead spiral! BTW, they NEVER REPONDS after I reply their email although they mentioned they will respond if I have any question.EVEYRONE shall know aliexpress simply take their customers as fools.
