I wouldn’t even rate it because it’s an absolute insult and a waste of time and money and just another excuse for people to keep from doing their jobs so we have to talk to a automated system and hopefully we get the help we need I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for my credit report that your automated voice help said I would be receiving by mail within 10 business days and not once did I get to talk to a human being but tax payers and our money pay the credit bureau to employ people and we speak with a audio
