Terrible service, you can't get in touch with anyone. My order was sent express post apparently but never showed up and I can't get any answers from Canva or Australia Post. Love these big organisations who you can't get in touch with when something goes wrong.

I purchased over the garden wall from Amazon on Bluray for £49.99 it arrived two days later it arrived and upon inspecting the disc I could tell that it was a counterfeit Bluray by the poor print quality on the front of the disc and the laser marks on the read of the disk where it had been created using a pc or laptop (it leaves circular rings on the back of the disk) I returned it straight away for a refund, however Amazon removed the review of the item that showed clear evidence that the item was counterfeit. It is illegal to sell counterfeit goods and pass them off as genuine, what concerns me is that Amazon sells medicines and a lot of medical products, could they also be counterfeit? I no longer feel safe buying from Amazon as it is clear that zero checks were don’t to ensure that what was being sold and dispatched by Amazon was genuine.

The Nest thermostat and heat link is undoubtedly an over rated load of rubbish - tech that is not ready to roll out. It could be so good if it worked but alas....I'm on my 2nd unit and here we go again. No point expecting the quoted warranty to be honoured - first unit packed up in 11mts, 2nd in 9mts and God knows how many emails later (because you cannot speak to senior's!) they still insist the unit is no longer warranted and I should consider buying a new one. No chance of that!Literally the only option, to go legal! How pathetic.

This my first time using Venmo, and will never again, I have a insurance bill due today but I still haven't received my transfer of $200 , they have it pending for days but my estimated date is today but haven't received it yet , nothing is pending to my bank because I called them, Venmo is still reviewing my transfer but when I call they give me different stories, this is a scam, I'm filling a law suit against them and u should too. If I don't get my $200 back this company will go through hell with me filling complaints, n putting this on social media!! We need to get together and file a class action lawsuit!

If there was a zero stars I’d click on it! From minute one the program did random syncing with an old account. Then made me sign up with Apple ID in order to pay for the “professional” version. After that? You’re fckd. Then they use an Apple ID email and when you send links or share? They have to know a random Apple ID email a mile long. There’s no way to get your regular email after that. The three versions.. app, safari and desktop don’t talk to each other. Every time you sign in you get that “new device has logged in message. Totally horrified to know this is not very secure at all! Customer service? A joke! Only if you pay top tier will you get any help. Via bot! Who just jerk with you and tell you random bullsht. Just to mess with you! Spent 3 hours with bot help only to be lied to and then finally “escalated” to email!! Lolol! So I guess someone will email me a week from next Friday to help me?! Don’t use this app!

My experience was great! The agent was pleasant, knowledgeable and exhibited patience and understanding. I would recommend Domain name based on their customer service and reasonable prices. I'm pleased with today's customer service experience.

Avast is incredibly misleading. It claims to be free, but constantly pressures you to upgrade with scare tactics. It told me my system was in “critical” condition—just because of a few harmless tracking cookies! It feels like it exaggerates problems just to push its paid version. Honestly, it doesn't seem to protect anything useful. Avoid this software if you don’t want to be manipulated into unnecessary purchases.
