If there was a zero stars I’d click on it! From minute one the program did random syncing with an old account. Then made me sign up with Apple ID in order to pay for the “professional” version. After that? You’re fckd. Then they use an Apple ID email and when you send links or share? They have to know a random Apple ID email a mile long. There’s no way to get your regular email after that. The three versions.. app, safari and desktop don’t talk to each other. Every time you sign in you get that “new device has logged in message. Totally horrified to know this is not very secure at all! Customer service? A joke! Only if you pay top tier will you get any help. Via bot! Who just jerk with you and tell you random bullsht. Just to mess with you! Spent 3 hours with bot help only to be lied to and then finally “escalated” to email!! Lolol! So I guess someone will email me a week from next Friday to help me?! Don’t use this app!
