The Nest thermostat and heat link is undoubtedly an over rated load of rubbish - tech that is not ready to roll out. It could be so good if it worked but alas....I'm on my 2nd unit and here we go again. No point expecting the quoted warranty to be honoured - first unit packed up in 11mts, 2nd in 9mts and God knows how many emails later (because you cannot speak to senior's!) they still insist the unit is no longer warranted and I should consider buying a new one. No chance of that!Literally the only option, to go legal! How pathetic.
