Great utility but not good customer service. I wanted my $15 back for a monthly subscription THAT I DIDNT USE and it was of course ignored. What are you guys going to do with that money? Buy your tenth golden buddha statue?

Hmmm

Hmmm. Don't know why the BBC doesn't seem to cover much news that occurs south of Derby on the main news channel, apart from what happens in London it seems entire swathes of the UK are left out when it comes to news, and the worst thing is it's just going to be diluted even more when they bring in local cuts. I know they're probably trying to save money by sticking to the the northwest but it's a bit biased to do that really and not gather more opinions from all over. The dramas are all a bit crap too, apart from line of duty. Stop dumbing down all the documentaries that you air to the level of primary school children, it's grating, does nobody have a chance to at least try and use their own brain anymore? Going off to cancel my TV licence now..

From september i am waiting for solving problem with my entrance as root user. Support once in a week is sending me letter "we still on it please wait". After i requested to close account they said that i should login for this :). I requested legal email address to send offical letter and no aswer. This is reality of that company. Till now i ca not login and they can not explain what should i do

What Happened to AT&T’s Customer Service?

AT&T has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every issue requires not just one, but four to five calls—sometimes even more—just to have a chance at getting it resolved. Each time I call, I’m met with a new answer or conflicting information, making it impossible to feel confident that anyone truly knows how to help. It’s incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. If you’re considering a mobile carrier, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. AT&T used to be known for quality and reliability, but it’s clear that those values have taken a back seat. I’m genuinely disappointed in what this company’s customer service has become.

Scams and fringes

Their mission is to earn money without consideration how many backers are getting ripped. They say they provide platform for connection creators and backers. The truth is that you leave backers at mercy of creators. First of all what about rule that creators shouldnt use renders just real videos? This rule was broken by all Chillfeed, BreezeNova Iceflow projects are about batterypowered AC for 300 euro. The idea is unreliable. They should be canceled then. Second they are responible for what they provide on website. They have all the information about creators. Accounts , company info they deal directly with the people and can verify who are you dealing with. Backers may only rely on materials send by creators and what they say. Thats make them responsible but that would make more fuss and work . Better too just earn commision and forget about problem and broken promisses. This will be snowballing on them. Sooner or later there will be app created that will provide simmilar services with honest aproach to backers.I wont cry for KS

Worst customer service experience.

Worst customer service experience.Signed up for paper delivery but never received it since day 1. Had to file more than 10 complaints in the first few weeks of service activation. Never received the service and only partial money back when cancelled. I had to spend more than 45 mins each time I had called customer service. They try to keep you reeled in but take for ever/make it really hard to cancel. Would not recommend wsj to anyone

Worst support I've ever experienced

PlayStation support is the worst I have ever experienced. Their live chat feature does not work at all. Luckily I managed to get them on the phone.However, that was still no help because, If you don't know the bank card number on your account (even if it's from many years ago and expired) or have an email from a purchased game, there is no way to recover your account. Even if you offer to send ID and phone bills proving the phone number is yours.

It is a scam

It is a scam, do not give them your credit card. When you make a free trial account they start charging every month you without notification even if you do not download images. Very disappointing experience, I paid for 5 months without realising it and I had to pay a cancellation fee as well. Stay away!

Review of samsung

Samsung 65" TV

I see there are many poor reviews for Samsung. Sorry to say I am adding another bad experience.I bought a Samsung 65" TV in dec 2019 from Currys. They tried to sell me an extended warranty, but then advised me the TV comes with Samsung 5 year warranty. Anyway TV breaks down I call currys and they tell me to call Samsung. When I call Samsung they tell me Samsung offered currys a 5 year warranty but currys declined this. What!!!! So the TV is out of warranty. Two things strikes me about this.1. Samsung is poor quality, TV breaks down after just 4 years. Maybe its my bad luck but I have a LG in my bedroom its 12 years still working no problems,!2.Samsung's or currys or both warranty is pure rubbish marketing without any value. So, conclusion, don't buy any more Samsung appliances, and never buy anything from currys. I'll buy my replacement TV from Costco, I've heard they have very good service and warranty.

The Kroger app is horrible

The Kroger app is horrible. More times than not, its slow or not even available. I realize Kroger is one of the major chains in the USA but ffs, Amazon has millions more users and manages not to crash & be unavailable 50% of the time.

Same experience as others. Money was debited. Not able to get access to the course. Said they could not find payment and I must have been subjected to a scam. Now one year later I have just received a renewal payment request. It is definitely from an apple app developer, and the dates corresponds to my activity with coursea. Ehmm - not sure what they are at. I'll be blocking the payment.

I usually have a good experience when I shop in-store at IKEA but their online delivery is sub-contract out to DPD and if the parcel is missing, the customer has to call DPD to sort it out! Never again to shop at IKEA online. Although IKEA is taking the money for the postage, they are not responsible to contact DPD, the customer is!
