I usually have a good experience when I shop in-store at IKEA but their online delivery is sub-contract out to DPD and if the parcel is missing, the customer has to call DPD to sort it out! Never again to shop at IKEA online. Although IKEA is taking the money for the postage, they are not responsible to contact DPD, the customer is!
