The delivery driver blatantly disregarded a notice in the foyerof the apartments I live in that clearly states no parcels to be left here and must be left at customers door this happens all the time with deliveries that originate in Leeds, we have quite a few disabled residents who live in the apartments and it is difficult for them to get around let alone get a parcel that from time to time may be quite big

There would be ZERO STARS if I could do that!!!Amazon strikes again leaving customers parcels in an UNSAFE LOCATION at an apartment block. Accessible by the public via the communal door.People pay for delivery so that they can get their parcels safely to their front doors. Our addresses start at our front doors.....not the communal entrance.Absolute shower of 💩 of a company that doesn't learn from their mistakes and masses of complaints.You're doing this to disabled customers that live here too!Terrible company. Shite Lack of Service.

I bought a new microwave. It was not abused. the motor for the plate turning mechanism lasted 3 weeks. We called the vendor and they told us under no circumstances should that be repaired. We had option to send (at our expense) microwave to vendor so we took into store with the geek squad protection I purchased.I was told they would send it out to determine if repair or replace (mind you the unit is just outside of the 15 day grace period) and it would take at least 3 weeks. They could not assure me I would get a replacement. At that point I wrangled a credit to return the microwave for a store credit but lost the money I spent on geek squad.I asked for a REFUND and all I could get was a store credit for a new microwave and, of course, they did not have the one I wanted in stock so I was forced to buy a different model I saw no way around this other than to buy a new one and this will be my last purchase of ANYTHING at Best Buy. I simply want my money back in full.

Please provide options to students to contact course management in case they need to take a temporary break without paying. I had an emergency/personal issue and could not work on the course to the fullest. A simple 2 month course has extended to 9 months.i paid over 4 months of fees without much benefit The course for nanodegree MUST BE TOUGH. you need to get into the depths of the material from the 2nd week itself. I saw that the C++ nanodegree hard core content started only after 3-4 months. This needs to change

Spotify Premium is easily one of my most used services. It provides a solid and simple user experience while maintaining an affordable monthly price. My favorite thing about the service is the ease I have with it, whether it's reaching customer service or making a new playlist. Spotify is expertly designed with easy ways to make playlists, add your friends, and discover new music. Spotify is the most bang for your buck; you get millions of songs over thousands of genres for just $10 a month. Not only is it affordable, but it's also useful. Spotify Premium produces custom playlists of recommended songs and podcasts for you every week. The algorithm studies your trends in music and suggests specific genres for specific moments. Another useful function is the Drive Mode. Drive Mode reworks the screen while driving to simplify skipping and liking songs to not further distract you while on the road. Something that should be added to the app is a way to save or like podcasts. Sometimes I want to listen to a podcast, but I don't have time, and I want to save it for later. This isn't a huge criticism, although it would be convenient to have in the app. Overall, Spotify Premium is an excellent service with lots of pros and minimal cons. I have recommended this to my friends and family, who have also seen just as positive results.
