It works well on pc/laptop but is absolute rubbish on mobile. Just keeps generating loads of duplicates e.g. I have 9 entries for my email account and I've only ever had one password.The other big problem is there is zero customer support you're left to trawl through dozens of complaints about problems but no answers.

I booked an activity that was cancelled by the provider at very short notice, leaving no time to arrange an alternative tour with another provider. GYG blamed the activity provider who blamed the boat captain. I would advise booking activities locally with a reliable provider rather than using GYG

Overall, MyHeritage delivers good results and works as it claims; there are many good reasons to use it.I've selected only three stars for the following reasons:-1. Often when downloading smart matches or Discoveries wth many children, each child will be assigned to an "unknown" parent, necessitating much extra work reassigning each child to the parents.2. On some occasions I've downloaded a Discovery to find at a later date, that It's downloaded a family branch that's already on the tree, and must then be deleted.3. I'd like to have the "re-join button" more clearly defined. t seems a little hidden away and I've often looked for it without success.On the plus side, I've always found that MyHeritage and their staff have been helpful and co-operative when I've had to contact them with any problem.I use the "Research this Person" feature often and find it very useful. It's a shame that so many other companies have purchased so many records before MyHeritage could.Also, I think three stars is not an accurate summation, rather three and a half is more accurate, but that option was not available.Thank you for asking my opinion
