The delivery driver blatantly disregarded a notice in the foyerof the apartments I live in that clearly states no parcels to be left here and must be left at customers door this happens all the time with deliveries that originate in Leeds, we have quite a few disabled residents who live in the apartments and it is difficult for them to get around let alone get a parcel that from time to time may be quite big
