I have had Hulu for about 6 months. I paid $76.99 every month and within 4 months my profile disappeared on my livingroom tv, but it was visible for 3 days after on my bedroom tv. Then it was gone from both. I called customer service and the tech was very helpful after close to an hour he had me uninstall and reinstall the app. There it was, my profile. Two days later it was gone again. I thought okay I will just uninstall it again, but that was not an option on my tv anymore. So for about a month I used a new profile in order to watch my shows. I have Max, Netflix, Disney via Verizon, but I wasn't able to get local stations which I wanted. Despite my limited income it felt like the the best solution for me...at that time. During my first 3 or 4 months when my profile was visible often it would just go to my smart tv's home screen. I would have to go thru the menu to Hulu, then acknowledge the profile even though that was the only profile then scroll through Hulus menu to where I was on live tv. So darn frustrating! I bought a digital hdmi antenna hooked it up and am now $77 richer each month and less frustrated. I will add a dvr to record my programs maybe later but Hulu lost my $76.99 monthly.

I placed an order for $202.88 and used a gift card for $200. When I submitted the order, it showed a total of $2.88. They charged my credit card for the full $202.88 . I contacted their customer service to get the mistake corrected. They told me that there was never a gift card entered, and there’s nothing they can do about it. How was it showing $2.88 for the total when I submitted the order if there was no gift card? They also sneakily don’t send out confirmation emails for your order so you can’t figure out how they’re charging you until it’s too late. Edit: after I posted on here, they made it right. It shouldn’t have taken posting a bad review on here to get them to correct their mistake though. Be careful when paying with gift cards on their website.

Called the Holiday Inn to make a weeks long reservation. When I pressed 2 to make a reservation, I was connected to the Philippines. Could hardly understand what they said. They were eager to take a reservation, pushing for it in fact, but while they showed availability of a handicap room and room with 2 queen beds, they would not confirm that in the booking. They said they would add a note for the hotel that I requested it, but no guarantee. I hung up and got a reservation on the same street at a Best Western. The price at BW was better and the Star rating of BW was higher. Oh, I could talk to a person at the hotel, not someone from the Philippines. Bye, bye Holiday Inn

IHG rewards is one of the best scams going. Unable to use rewards points when booking through a third party (to save money). Being retired and a senior citizen with a fixed income, I try to save money where I can. They sent me emails for weeks about 8000 extra points for a 4-night stay to earn the extra points. The link never worked to sign up for the additional points. Now my existing accumulated points are worth nothing. Looking for another hotel chain with more honesty and reliability. Don't waste your time signing for IHG points.

On several occasions in the last 2 years, I experienced delivery problems, including cancelling the delivery or having to go and pick it up from a warehouse (which defeats the purpose of using amazon...). Customer service was ineffective or grossly incompetent. I am fed up and closing my account as soon as my last order gets reimbursed.

I had an order that got lost and I had to wait 2 weeks past the original delivery date before I could contact about never receiving it. They apologized and offer either to refund or replace it. I asked how long it was going to take because it was time sensitive. They went ahead and processed the replacement without me agreeing because they couldn’t guarantee me how long it would take to deliver. I had 2 agents tell me it would be shipped within 24hrs and the Oder was placed in my account with an unacceptable delivery time. I asked to speak with a supervisor and someone who identified as a team leader read through the conversation and said my item was lost, wasn’t available and he would be refunding my money. I asked if it was available or not because if it wasn’t then the account and replacement that was in my account was fraud since the item wasn’t available. Then he backtracked and said it was and will ship. I then asked to talk to his supervisor as I was not happy with his? response. He said there was no reason to escalate the issue. I asked 2 more times and he responded that it was his pleasure to assist me and ended the chat. As I was screen capturing the conversation it disappeared from my account. Very poor accountability and service, I’ve never experienced anything like it

I got pretty much scammed by Ubisoft and Instant Gaming. I started a support ticket with them because I didn't have access to my Far cry 3 Deluxe Edition's exclusive content (and I still don't). It went on for like 3 weeks and they pretty much told me that my key had been revoked because I bought it from an unauthorized reseller (Instant Gaming). I presented proof of the legitimacy of the purchase and everything but neither Instant Gaming nor them wanted to helped me. I now have the game on my library but I can't play the Deluxe content. This is beyond stupid and after this I'm not sure if I'll ever buy anything from neither Ubisoft or Instant Gaming.Pro tip: If you ever find yourselves in a situation like this, just lie! Telling the truth leads you to this, apparently: A long term costumer scammed by them!

I have been trying to get a transcript for over three months to file my taxes. Normally, I could get the transcript only by logging into my account. For some reason, that option is no longer available. I wanted to go wait in line for IRS -- but now, you have to call in wait for hours and hope the phone does not disconnect.. and you have to call over and over. I question is why is there not an online option to schedule an appointment -- since it is so hard to get thru... The drivers license office, military ID section, etc.. all have online options to schedule an appointment.. Is the IRS trying to ensure returns are late????

They are horrible company. I cancelled my account when I realised that it is due. I was not aware of the renewal date so I cancelled it when I came to know about it. However, they kept sending me emails about the payment overdue. I then contacted support team and now they are forcing me to pay from the renewal date to now. How can you do that? We rented a Condo for Christmas from Lyn Ledbetter Bush at the Grand Panama in Panama City. It was in Tower one facing the Gulf. It had a Balcony but we wasn’t told before we we paid our deposit that the Balcony was closed. Also we weren’t told when we checked in the Balcony was closed. That’s why you rent a Gulf side with a Balcony.
