Review of squarespace
DO NOT USE SQUARESPACE. Squarespace changed their pricing plans this year – of which I have been a customer for over 4 years. On the legacy plan I have - I am essentially paying MORE for less features than their new pricing models. Did they notify me of the change in pricing plans so I could save money and have more features? No, they did not. I communicated with their "support" team and they offered no recourse. This is unethical and exploitative of customers – as well as extremely poor customer service. Will never recommend or be using Squarespace again.
Review of lonelyplanet
Recently returned to UK after 11 weeks in South America. Colombia was ok but the month or so in Peru was a nightmare. Most of the country is a dire dump and Lonely Planet clearly glosses over that with one particular example from Brendan Sainsbury on Huaraz where he describes it as "won't win Andean village beauty contest but has personality" The place is a cesspit with the personality of a stray ravaged dog - and there's plenty of those along these filthy litter strewn streets. Stop polishing a turd LP and tell the truth. I have not just wasted money on reading your garbage, but a month of my life and also risked my sanity in this gunge of a country. Only decent place in Arequipa really and perhaps the over rated Machu Pichu trip.

I took the 2 week free trial with a notification 2 days before the end of the trial before any payment was taken, giving me the option of cancelling before hand. Before the 2 day warning, during the night, they tried to take the payment twice from two accounts (4 x £59.99).Fortunately my banks were on the ball and didn’t allow the payments to go through and contacted me.

Review of zara
I had a terrible experience at Zara Park Royal that perfectly highlights how little this company values its customers. I went to pick up my online order, which included two sizes of the same shoe so I could try them on and return the pair that didn’t fit. When I went to return the larger size, the cashier accidentally refunded both pairs, leaving me without the shoes I wanted.Instead of fixing their mistake, I was told that because the shoes were from Massimo Dutti, they could not sell them back to me and that I’d have to reorder them online. The problem? My size is now out of stock. The manager tried to help by calling customer service, but they flat-out refused to do anything for me. So I left without the shoes I originally paid for—all because of their error!Zara’s customer service is nonexistent and completely dismissive. They made the mistake but refused to correct it, and now I have to deal with the inconvenience. How is this acceptable for a global brand? If you ever have an issue with Zara, good luck—there’s no real customer service to turn to. This company needs to be held accountable for how poorly they treat customers. I will think twice before shopping here again.
Review of wellsfargo
Giving it one star because I can't give zero. I was a Wells Fargo customer for almost 20 years but moved most of my money to Chase due to WF's incompetence in general, and the fact that they changed one of my accounts to one with a monthly fee without asking me. I still have a small savings account with me and I'm out of town and they won't allow me to wire my own money to my account with Chase. They insist I can only do it in person even after they have verified all my information. I do these types of transactions with Chase all the time with no issues. Can't wait to get all my money out of WF.

Review of ibm
Update 12/05/2022: When billed in the local currency, there appears to be a delay of about 30-60 days to reflect service items changes on the actual invoice. Added one star.---IBM has billing issues due to two badly integrated invoicing platforms - charging incorrect amounts to the card. I have flagged this to IBM support ref CS2771133If IBM fails to get the billing right, IBM will fail on more serious projects. Take your business elsewhere.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!I had a terrible experience. I ordered the pro plan. I received a confirmation email then it was canceled and replaced by the pro + plan without my consent. I was charged more than double the amount I agreed to. The day it happened I contacted customer services and had no help whatsoever to resolve the matter. They won't give back the money they stole from me. I feel scammed! My best advice: stay away!!

Review of Facebook
Got suspended from Facebook for no reason. The rules say no scamming but facebook is full of scams. I never said or done anything to get suspended. They should suspend the mostly naked women. Get tired of seeing it. Facebook has really gone downhill. No great loss. They should tell you why you got suspended
